Chace Lake Villas

I’ve never had this bad of an issue with maintenance ever… they are horrible , have to constantly tell them about the same problem and then they still don’t fix it. Been complaining about air since Thursday and now it’s Saturday and nobody has came. They closed on Sunday and now I have to wait till Monday. Been very hot these last few days.

Nice quiet place to live. Friendly staff and easy registration process. Online platform is easy to navigate.

Chace Lake Villas is my first living arrangement by myself. Perfect size, very spacious, clean & quiet neighborhood. Im so glad I chose to live here! Staff is very friendly & helpful, maintenance/requests are done PRONTO with a friendly staff, & the location, you cant beat it!! Best choice I ever made!

The staff woks overtime to helpto keep the tenants comfortable and will go out of their way to help resolve any problems that you may have.

Chace lake Villas has a great location! The complex is very quiet and well taken care of. I feel safe when I go out for a run anytime of the day! Excellent place to live!

When it’s not your loud neighbors the own maintenance workers will make sure that you don’t have peace by being SO freaking loud. If you send the manager an e-mail they won’t answer you will have to wake to their office if you need to hear from them. All the kind of bugs as well. Water constantly getting shut off.

So far the staff has been very friendly and helpful as well as maintenance, whenever I have an issue they respond quick and do what they can with what they have on hand to fix it. Only complaint so far is the pest control is not good, big roaches & spiders almost as big as my hand.

The property is very nice and kept up throughout the year and the convenience of the location being right next to one of the busiest and business filled areas of Hoover is just as good.

Quiet community with good value for money apartments, staff is very kind and attentive.

Ive only been living here for 2 weeks, but the office staff takes good care of us. Ive been pestering them quite a bit (not that they made me feel so, I just know how I can be) about a few things and theyve provided grace upon grace to my family and I. They are always delighted to help me with anything we may need. Maintenance is quick, excellent and so friendly to us and my young child.

I loved it here. I hardly had any issues. And maintenance requests were few within my 3 years there in comparison to the complex Ive been at for 2 months so far. Maintenance took care of things in a very timely manner. Nice amenities as well. Office team was always kind.

Weve lived at Chace Lake Villas for about 6 years and it really feels like home! We have a close neighborhood and we all help each other. The maintenance team is the best Ive ever seen and they can repair pretty much anything! Great customer service, they go above and beyond the call of duty and everyone is so friendly! You definitely want to join our little community! Welcome home!

We are really satisfied with our apartment, it is a nice and clean place, we are in a central place, it is worth it.

Reviewed 12/19/2019 Chace Lake is a complete rip off. I lived there from February 19 until October 19. I was forced to break my lease due to rodents in my apartment. I notified the leasing manager who got Wayne's pest control to come out and he confirmed that he did see droppings behind my stove and a large hole behind the refrigerator. Maintenance also put out sticky pads that the mouse laughed at as he ate the poison that I purchased myself. I then contacted them again and they sent out a contractor who patched holes and informed maintenance that the foam he used would not work properly to keep the rats out. I finally gave up and decided that I would wait to see if I continued to see rats and I did. I saw two inside my apartment and one outside the apartment. Also, before the sighting of the rats I noticed these arch ways in the hay outside my patio but I assumed they were chipmunks.. negative they were rat's nest. I finally broke my lease after attempting to speak with them several times and contacted corporate who basically said rats are no reason to break a lease. She has now sent my info to a collection agency so if I were you I wouldn't consider this apartment due to rodents and lazy employees. They could have offered to put me in another apartment or something. No one every called me to ask about anything involving the rat. I am contacting the appropriate companies to get help because I do not want to pay them for this mouse pad. Oh and by the way I think my neighbors had rats too because no one ever stayed for longer than three months.

Beautiful appearance, quiet environment, friendly people, improve work efficiency, maintain safety, reliable quality, sincere service, is very worthy of living.

I've been here since April 18, 2019, and have been, for the most part, very pleased with Chace Lake Villas.

There are so many unresolved negatives now that overshadow any positive aspects of living here

Applied for Chace Lake on 4/2/19 and was connected 4/3/19 regarding my approval. Had a nice review of the property and the service I received was amazing. Moved in on 4/16 and been completely happy since. I think its one of the best decisions I have made in a while. James W.

The community is very nice, and apartments is very spacious, just not enough storage places

Nice, clean apartment and helpful, courteous staff.

It is a very nice and peaceful place to live. It is almost library quiet. The pool is spacious and we have a new club house that will be great for small parties. A big bonus to living here is the vallet trash pickup which is a big help to reducing my weekly stress. But here I am not stressed as I can relax and not be bothered by noise since its almost library quiet.

I have lived here for 10 months never had a issue until couple days ago, there was a water heater overflow on my upstairs neighbor and all came down pouring on my apartment. My place is not livable, and haven’t been staying there for th last 5 days and I will not be living in the my apt for at least another week or more, but they still requiring me to pay rent at full. Don’t waste your time with this complex and find somewhere where they actually will help you when something like this happens.
