If you looking for an apartment for your family to live this is the place...The property manager Marlene is very helpful and concern about your needs. Marlene is very professional, polite and get the job done..The maintenance man Juan always punctual to my needs and always willing to fix anything in your apartment...I have been here five years and cannot see me moving anywhere else. RJ
Office staff is incompetent. Almost never there when you go into the office for any type of assistance. Critical repairs take days, sometimes weeks, to get done. And don't expect to get a quick reply if you have a plumbing or ac emergency. I gave up asking for minor work orders because nothing has been done since i moved in. And there is a serious pest control issue. My problem is the flies that swarm in anytime the front door opens even for a second. But i have neighbors with bedbugs and know of others with roach problems. Would give 0 stars if i could. This place is absolutely the worst.
