Property is in a flood zone
While the apartments themselves aren't bad, the area still floods.The new reality might have prettied them up, they still haven't accounted for flood damage that might have occurred due to water getting in the crawl spaces during past floods.

my first apt in wilson great place to live nice and quite and managment is freindly and repairs are done in a timely manner wish i could move back
my first apt in NC it was perfect clean quite and safe. managment is fine no problems at all.

Compromise
They were always sensitive to my work schedule and made sure to handle all issues I encountered, though few and minor.
