It's a nice and quiet neighborhood where you'll easily feel comfortable. We value great communication and it's exactly what we have experienced before, during, and after moving in. We're so happy to have found a place that truly feels like home.

Great location and access to major roads. Laundry rooms have great prices. Communication with the complex office (Betty) as well as maintenance is thorough.

Betty from the main office is just so great. She handles everything quickly and efficiently. She’s always willing to provide all the information that she has. Overall the experience living at Clara barton was good and a lot of that has to do with Betty!

Highly recommend living here. Clean and quiet. Betty is very helpful from application to move in day. Betty answered all my questions and is quick to respond. Great location, close to highways and plenty of shopping.

Shreem made my lease signing experience easy. Professional, prepared, simple, patient and forward. The past few months I skipped on other lease opportunities just based off the personal. I wasn't skipping on this one.

Living at Clara Barton was another home For me. It was such a beautiful area to live in. The most amazing part of living here was the staff. My office manager made moving in so quick and efficient not to mention how professional and kind she was thank you Betty. You always treated me like family ! I recommend anyone to live here!

From the beginning I have great experience with the office . Shreem ( office manager) show me all apartments that I was I’m interested in and answer all my question . The process of signing a leases was quick and easy . We are very happy with the apartment. Very quiet and pleasant to live neighborhood.

I have lived here for over 5 years and must say the way the grounds are maintained and the way these apartments are kept up is great! Most importantly the reason I even came to these apartments is the property manager Shreem from out first conversation on the phone to set up my tour until now 5 in half years later she is still as attentive compassionate and on top of everything as shes always been. At the end of the day Clara Barton got it right!

I love everything about this apartment. The leasing manager, Shreem, has been exceptionally brilliant and professional in handling all my issues. Mr Gerry and the other young man always go above and beyond to address most of my concerns with respect to my apartment. I feel very lucky to be part of this little community.

I have lot of respect to property manager Shreem. She’s very kind and always available to help. Would highly recommend this complex for those looking to live this area.

Coming up on my 3rd year here and metuchen plaza has truly been a blessing for myself and our new addition to family. Shreem has come thru countless times with addressing any needs or concerns we have had

As a tenant for almost 25 years, I can say this is a well-managed property largely due to Shreem, our Resident Manager, who is personable, professional, and very responsive to any questions and concerns. The maintenance staff, headed by Gerry, is efficient, polite and prompt. The complex is tranquil, with friendly neighbors and a great location.

After three years here and with no issues the property manager Shreem, if there is any small issue comes up she’s always on top of it.

Recently moved to Clara Barton, it has been a great move and all experience has been nice so far. Manager, Shreem was very helpful in ensuring a smooth trouble free move-in experience. Professional and thorough with the paperwork, reachable for any questions and very responsive. The complex is quiet, laundry is equipped with new app operated machines, no fuss of getting coins, Garbage removal and landscaping is done regularly without fail. Heat regulation in the apartment gets a bit choppy sometimes but is addressed immediately if temp variation is high. Overall we find the place very comfortable, schools are great and got the school bus after a few months of wait as well, hands down a great location.

We have been residents for 10 years now. First, it’s a very convenient location near all the major highways I use. Second, the Maintenance team go great work when’re called upon Lastly, Betty is always checking in on us to see how we’re doing. We love Betty!

Lived here since 2018 and I an still happy with my choice. Ms. Shreem, who is the property manager keeps the property looking beautiful and clean. She handles all requests or inquiries within a fair amount I'd time and is very knowledgeable of the area. Does her job well.

I’ve lived in clara barton for 4 years and it’s a very nice complex with close access to the highways. There are a lot of kids in the complex so if that’s something that would bug you be aware when the school day gets out there are many kids playing outside. Our head of maintenence, Gerry, is always on top of our issues whether it’s something major or something minor, which is a nice relief! They recently replaced all the washer dryers as well so they operate with an app which is easier than needing to get quarters!

The neighborhood is great for families with young children. Property manager Shreem is very helpful and very easy to get in contact with. It puts a resident at ease to know they have management they can rely on.

Shreem is a pleasant person to speak to and listens to your concerns.

I’ve been a tenant for 20+ years at the Clara Barton Apartments and it’s a wonderful community to raise a family in. Betty the property manager is absolutely amazing. She’s very helpful and quick to handle any problems that may arise.
