The views are truly amazing. Being right downtown Golden, the walking paths are so confident, not on a highway or lots of traffic. Great fun activities, beautiful landscaping, love the patio and that I can plant flowers. Really like that I do not pay any utilities and we have a van that takes us places, I do not even need a vehicle. Mainly thank you to the office Girls Kathy and Leah I agree with everyone they sure make this place THE BEST

We are so happy here at Clear Creek Commons. We looked at many places and found this one to be the best in Golden. The moment we walked in we new it was home. We looked at the new place Epoque and it did not feel like home and not a place for Seniors. The girls are amazing here, our neighbors really are so nice. This truly is a cozy home and we highly recommend it over any other place.

Clear Creek Commons is truly remarkable.. Being right downtown Golden, walk out your door and explore Golden. No highways like the new place on highway 93. From the minute you walk in the door Cathy or Leah is right there to help you. All my wonderful neighbors, all the fun activities, a van to take me to my Doctor Appointments, Restaurants, Shopping and so much more. Then all the cooking Cathy does for us that is a lot and she does it with a smile. If you are a senior i highly recommend this place over any other 55 property. I searched and searched and the minute I walked in the door i knew this was the place to call home. Thank you for making my home the best to Cathy and Leah they deserve the credit.

I am so glad I ran into a Resident of Clear Creek. The person stated how wonderful this place is. I came in to see for myself and I am going on the waiting list. From the moment I walked in Cathy and Leah made me feel at home. Wonderful location, wonderful Residents and wonderful staff. I encourage you to visit this beautiful place.
Great move that I made. At first was scared to sell my home, then I met Kathy and Leah and they were so kind and helpful. The view I have is just amazing, my new friends here, everyone is just so welcoming and helpful. By far this is the best place to live.
Love my home, lOve the location. The Staff is wonderful. My new neighbors are wonderful. Golden is the best city of all and Clear Creek Commons is the best place to live in Golden. The office staff is so nice and they help and listen to all the needs they are so patient and understanding. I have everything include utilities, housekeeping, transpiration and the best new home.

I truly am blessed that I picked Clear Creek Commons as my new home. Golden is just beautiful and I can walk out my door and I am downtown, no driving to all the fun happenings and Restaurants.
