Decent place to live. Hard to get into front office to fill laundry card on my work hours and the random closures. Laundry can be hard to do when nobody clears out laundry in timely fashion and half the washers/dryers are broken.

The pool is left open all day all night, people from other neighborhoods use it which makes us that live here not able to use it because of the cussing loud outsiders. No one cleans up after their self when leaving the pool and the trash stays around for a long period of time. I’ve lived here for a long time and it seems like this apartment is going downhill

It’s been good living here . Everyone keeps to themselves. Only thing is that certain people keep smoking weed , which does penetrate in the apartment .

Community Fees
Expect to pay an additional $50-$100 a month on community trash, sewage, gas, electric. This is in addition to your Colorado Springs utilities bill. Units do not come with a microwave.

Love it
Foe the price we pay this is an awesome place to live. Love all the amenities. The pool, hot tub, gym, and outside is taken care of very well. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

To much for nothing
My rent is almost $850 a month. The rug that's in my Apt is coming up constantly. My car broken into and neighbors car got stolen. People don't pick up after their dogs. And there's mice running around!!

Welcoming with open arms
The Clearview apartments is close to military base has a nice view of pikes peak. The scenery is great nice neighborhood school district 3. The management is great it's one big community the up keep is nice pets are welcome. The schools are great access to easy transportation close to local markets and shopping centers. These things are even within walking distance. There's a outdoor pool hot tube, clubhouse available area for the kids to play. The apartments are nicely maintained indoor and outdoor. Welcome to the Clearview apartments where our tenants matter.
