Property Ratings at Colonial Village
When you call and ask about any apartments they are very rude. No customer service what so ever. If you dont like your job then quit
Office staff has bad attitudes, office staff doesn't care about your issues, hardly anything gets fixed, maintenance guy doesn't do a good job when it does, extremely thin walls, don't get an apartment with anyone on top of you, the neighbors are rude knowing the walls are thin, doesn't give good heat, mice, the big cockroaches, hear the train going by from time to time. Good things: free parking, AC and refrigerator comes with the unit, heat, hot water and cooking gas including, close to 78, good closet space. Overall, I can't wait to move. The bad outweighs the good. Worst place I have ever rented.
Walls are extremely thin, maintenance is terrible, hardly anything gets fixed and pests are a nuisance. Worst place I ever rented.
