These apartments are very small, and when you begin to fill them you really get a feel for how cramped everything is. The shower has benches that cannot be put up and take up more than half of the shower space, which is infuriating. There is no lip on the shower to keep water from spilling out and regardless of having a bath mat and a towel on the floor, my bathroom has flooded twice even from a 20 minute shower with the shower head pointed away from the curtain. You either have a view of a parking lot or directly into student housing, so I leave my blinds closed at all times. The counter space in the kitchenette is essentially useless because of how little there is. It says there is 24/7 management and maintenance but Foxboro is really difficult to get a hold of and if you have absolutely no chance of anything except for the maintenance emergency line on the weekends, holidays, and after 5 p.m. The laundry costs $3.25 a load and other residents will not only complain if you wash things after 8 p.m., but they may take your laundry fully out of the washer or drier and set it on top of the machines, regardless of whether it is finished or not. Another thing not mentioned is that the vast majority of the apartments are rented out by elderly people who have more or less racist demeanors. Seeing it for myself when having friends over and hearing them talk about how they're uncomfortable just walking into the building is ridiculous. As soon as my lease is up in the coming months I will be leaving and not renting from Foxboro again.

Property owners need to update photos!
The photo in this listing doesn't properly represent what it looks like currently. Overgrown grass & weeds, poorly maintained and not a good neighborhood unless you like college partiers. Not a property I would rent. If the outside looks bad usually the inside is the same thing. It's all about the almighty dollar!
