The loadlord John was very kind, helpful, and respectful of privacy. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, there are a lot of parks, bars, restaurants, within walking distance. I had no problems with bugs, heating, AC, or any other utilities. It’s a great place to live if you are living alone.

Really nice staff who are very helpful. Rent includes WIFI and AC which both work with no issues. Quiet area close to d'Youville College, great for studying.

I had originally planned on staying for 18 months, but left after 9. There are several inconveniences, like no oven (buying a toaster oven worked for me, but if you cook/bake a lot this place is not for you), slow internet that doesn't work half the time (I ended up paying for my own), cloudy tap water (seriously buy a filter because the water is nasty; everything in the bathroom ended up having brown rings despite cleaning them every week), no parking spaces in the evenings, spiders everywhere, and poor management. If you say something to one person, there is no guarantee it will be told to the others. And papers will get lost, so make sure you always deal with the same person. When I turned in my keys, I couldn't sign the paper saying I did because the person at the desk didn't know where Maggie had put my form! I also had a loud hostile neighbor across the hall. I tried to be friendly in my interactions and politely asked on a number of occasions if she could quiet down. The first time I brought it to her attention she yelled up and down the hallways and had people poking their heads of their doors. I was told that other people had put in complaints about her and I had put in a number of my own. She got more and more petty as time went on (even calling the cops on me once just because she thought I was going to call them on her) and more and more threatening. Actually calling the cops on her only made her louder after the fact. And still nothing was done. If I had known management would just sit on their butts and twiddle their thumbs I would have moved out sooner. Stupidly, I believed they would actually handle the situation. The only good things I can say about this place are the location and the sweet maintenance workers. Save yourself the trouble of having to find a new place later and just don't move in at all.

I stayed at Corporate Apartments for 6 weeks, and did not have one complaint while I was there. My room was absolutely amazing and I wish I could go back to stay again. The room was perfect, clean, and a beautiful retreat. All my other friends were jealous of my temporary apartment! Loved the location and staff as well!!
