Property Ratings at Country Ridge Residences
This complex was the best around until they took the large playground out and haven't rebuilt it! That was a big draw and my 5yr old gs. has missed out on so much outdoor play! It angers me! Also, after 14 years no paint touch-ups, no carpet replacement let alone cleaning even when they were providing that service. No new caulking, would improve looks, replace appliances with the cheapest they can find so unbalanced heat on burners...just the little things that add up, looks like I've lived here 20yrs not 14. Otherwise, everyone is great! Private pool should open sooner than public pools and close later. Just my opinion.

We want to thank you for your review and for being a long-term resident of our community. The two playgrounds were getting very old and had become unsafe for children. Therefore, we removed them and replaced only one of them, our resident's safety is our top priority. We hope our families enjoy the brand-new playground. In regards to your other requests, please contact us to discuss those items more specifically. There are some things we can do in order to maintain our apartment units.
