Property Ratings at Crane Artist Lofts
These are such beautiful apartments and the manager of this building is very nice, polite and cares about her tenants. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live.
The apartment was fine. Don’t count on the washer/dryer in unit. They suck. Management isn’t bad (when I left, before that it was horrible and they lost everything) and the maintenance man is great. With the homeless shelter basically your neighbor, there’s some safety issues. Homeless will occasionally get into the building and scream at you/ act aggressively. The street is incredibly loud. I sneezed in my apartment in the middle of the night and someone said bless you from outside the window. If you’re into living downtown then this is a good property.
