Crest on Providence

In November 2021 I was in the hospital and my family came to visit to help out I was scheduled to leave on Sunday my heat went out on Saturday I called the leasing office and advised that I was coming home with a newborn baby and needed heat asap as stated in the lease that was a maintenance emergency with the temperature was below 50 degrees. They gave me a space heater that made my carpet hot I didn’t use it. I didn’t get heat until that Tuesday. I knew at that point I was not resigning my lease. Spring came and my neighbors allowed their dog to poop on the patio and they just left it there. With it being warm/hot I would come out of my home to leave and would smell dog poop. I asked the leasing office if they would kindly ask for them to pick up after their dog. The poop stayed down there for 2 more weeks. I feel like with customer service going down in other areas of life at least where you pay your rent at on time every month would be the least thing you would have stressing you. Hopefully in the near future it will get better for the current tenant.

My experience while living at Creat on Providence. I believe my unit has mold that is painted over however is now visible and I’ve seen black spots in other neighborhoods units. Maintenance are nice guys however only patch repairs done based on managements authorization from what I can see. Garbage trucks come through at about 2:00am. There was recently a shooting in the parking lot by the playground at 6:00pm. Management is rude & not helpful. These units need to be torn down. I had the city inspector come and they found more violations then what I complained about. Do yourself a favor and look at a better established community where neighbors and staff take pride in the community. If you are looking for a dilapidated, run down apartment with no light fixtures or ceiling fans in the bedrooms or living room. Not fully functional windows in my unit. Discolored ceiling from The many flooding issues this complex has. Flooded parking lots when it rains. In the warmer months geese poop that management does nothing about. Then this is the place for you.

I like living here, they keep the place up very well, I also like that youre close to everything here, everyone in the office that Ive had interaction with is very helpful when I call for something to be done theyre on it usually within two days.

I have finally moved in and my leasing Agent is working on some situations I have. I like getting notification of our Community and upcoming events for the family. I love the quiet setting. Very Peaceful. Everyone is very friendly.

Crest is a great place to live and its a friendly community. I have enjoyed my living experience here for the past five years and the staff is always willing to help and assist in any way. Wonderful job and a treasure in Charlotte. Love living here.

Beautiful community love the atmosphere and the staff is great.

Overall good experience. Nice area and convenient to shopping areas and a walking trail.

We moved here from Columbus, Ohio after the passing of my mother for a fresh start. Looked at many different communities and my daughters grandmother said to come here and try. Glad I did! LaChae who works in the office was very upfront and professional. The girls in the office worked hard to get me in seeing that I was from out of state and had just started working for MEDIC. I have a couple of issues and theyre being handled by the girls in the office. Thanks girls! Yall keep them smiles going, you never know the smiles may just make someones day. They did mine.

Office staff is great. Community is pretty much quiet and clean. Always nice neighbors.

Living here is great so far. But would be even better if my work orders would be completed and the appearance of the dumpsters stay clean

My family is grateful for the large, sturdy townhouse apartment options that Crest afforded us. We are able to function well as a family unit here (everyone has space to be alone or to gather together) and--bonus-- the location is really great. The staff at Crest is courteous and kind as well.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Always there when you need something. I especially like the food trucks when they are available.

We lived here for several months while building a new house. Overall things are very run down and shabby, not a whole lot of pride taken in the interior or exterior of the property. People were yelling, screaming and causing problems at all hours of the night, especially difficult if you have kids. Things were frequently stolen on the property, not a good idea to have packages delivered and left at your door. I've lived at a few apartments over the years, and this is probably on the lower end overall.

This is the community you want to live in. The people are very friendly. *We still borrow a cup of sugar from one another *We watch out for one another

I recommend this townhome community. The office and maintenance staff are courteous and professional. This community is well located to downtown, grocery stores, shopping areas, and medical facilities.

Poor management and office staffs we have loved in our unit since 12/19 and still waiting on work orders to be complete.

Management (Pamela) doesn't care what's going on in this place as long as you pay your rent. I have 5 other neighbor that feel the same way. and pretty sure i can find more. Suggestion hire qualified maintenance staff and a property manager who knows how to manage. and doesn't threatening her tenants with telling there story to the judge when she evicts you.

The community is safe and well maintained. The grounds are kept well.

I've been here two weeks so far, and am happy with my new home! I love the size of it, and I love that my apartment faces out to woods/foliage where I see at least 4 deer each day. It's peaceful, and serene. My neighbors are respectful with noise levels, people smile and wave at each other. I've been pleased.

The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly. The maintenance staff responds quickly in the order requests are received and importance.

I have had a great overall experience with Crest On Providence with every staff member. I moved here out of town with very few family members here and they have made it easy to adapt to this area with this whole living experiences. I appreciate all that they do for me and this community I live in. Keep up the amazing work guys even during this pandemic I have had some great experiences with them.

I live so well and protect in Crest on Providence.

The outside in the front are beautiful. The back needs work but they look nice. Thats literally all I have to say nice.

Dont move here due lack of maintenance and inhabitants.

Living here is okay, but definitely needs work with office team as far as respect towards residents.

My overall experience is amazing, I dealt with Lachae the whole time applying for crest on providence. She has been a great help since Ive been moved in. Been here about a month and I have no complaints

the place is old and they are not maintaining them well. Rents are maked price but the building are old

Though it is a safe community to live in, Everytime something needs to be done to maintenance the area (in apts or on the grounds) work is never done in any timely manner unless it's in the office's best interest.
