Property Ratings at Crossroads Apartments
The people here go above and beyond, and I appreciate that. The apartments itself are older but nice. For the price, it is a good deal.
These apartments are a good value for the money. They are quiet - a lot of older people. The office staff is nice, and maintenance is good. I haven't had many issues, but when my stove broke, they sent me a new one right away.
Clean place. Quiet. Good people. I would recommend.
It's older but nice. I got an upgraded, remodeled apartment - stainless steel appliances, new kitchen, modern bathroom. It's worth the extra money.
clean is the biggest thing for me and thye are fully on top of that department there is always a good clean feeling here. The staff is very accommodating and always willing to help Im very grateful
we like it here, its actually quiet. we have had no issues with bugs or anything of the sort. The management is nice and they have fulfilled every request we gave had. We have no complaints, im sure there is some rifraff but thats everywhere. As long as i dont bother them they wont bother me. all these negative comments are rediculous,, just do you and let others do them
The office and maintenance staff truly care about the residents and the property in general. I have seen dramatic changes take place over the last 8 months that I have been here and I hope that these will continue.
These guys did a full 180.The office is most pleasant and helpful people I have ever worked with. They always answer my questions right away or get back to me with the answers quickly and they have the best attitude. Thank you guys SO much for making my stay at this place so amazing and I will continue to recommend your property to friends! ??????
The staff is very friendly and nice and the grounds are extremely clean! I would highly recommend these apartments to everyone!
I have not lived here but im looking forward to rent here. I have two friends who live here. Ive seen the inside of the apartments they are nice and my friends like it here. I dont know anything about the staff. Compared to other apartments I've seen this would be the best bet.
Moved into a renovated apartment 3 months ago and couldn't be happier!
This place has had 6 managers in the last 5 years and 3 owners in the last 15 years. The apartments are in bad shape to say the least. The maintenance cant keep up with all the problems and dont blame them. Most of the ac units wont cool properly and the management only puts bandaids on every problem that pops up. The same problems pop up day after day and most of the units have carpet thats over 15 years old. Aside of the electrical problems the plumbing is as old as the apartments and leaks pop up every day. One of their buildings should be condemned because it is full of black mold but still they rent out some units in it. They are raising their rent on all the units because of a new owner and are trying to remodel a little at a time. But still have untrained manager and doesn't care about anything or anyone because they dont live there. Not a professional or look anything like one. This place could be a nice place to live if they really finish or do the whole apartment remodeling. But with the same management I doubt it will succeed. I heard they raised the rent on the basis that they are remodeling even though they havent even touched the tenants apartment yet.
