Their maintenance guys give great service. It’s got two pools and a workout room. I recommend it to all my friends and family because it’s very family oriented and it’s got plenty of room to walk around the block if you wanted. A place like Renaissance Hills Apartments. I would give 10 out of 10 stars never mind five.
I've lived in various apartments around the world, and unfortunately, my experience here has been disappointing due to poor noise insulation and inadequate management response. Despite the apartments being clean and recently renovated, the noise from neighbors, especially upstairs, is unbearable, making it almost impossible to enjoy quiet time at home. Despite providing management with recordings and evidence, they've stated they cannot do anything to address the issue and are unwilling to allow a lease break without penalty. Additionally, I've encountered heating issues, with my apartment reaching uncomfortable temperatures during winter and inadequate resolution from management, forcing me to purchase extra heaters. Based on my experience with the noise and heating problems, and the management's lack of effective response, I cannot recommend this building complex.
The staff and rental office is very disrespectful, they do not care about you and your well being. They will make you feel a lot worse. Rent is way to high for no reason. Unless you want to struggle communicating with them do not rent here. They are very petty people without you provoking them to be that way. Please go somewhere else where you and your home is respected and you get what you are paying for respectfully
Be careful before you signing the lease.lot of issues. Approximately every year 10% increasement And you have to pay all utilities Water and garbage management fee And much more.Management very poor maintain the property,No safety, Be careful.

This place had great features and recommend it to people. It has the pool, the workout room and most of my friends live here. Would not leave it for anything else out there.
I would leave 0 stars if it would let me! I have been renting here for 2 years and it Us been the worst experience of my life. My rent has been raised by $400 in the time I’ve been here. They charge ridiculously high rent for the area they are located. My car has been broken into while locked 4 times since I have been here when you mention it to the complex they tell you it is not their issue as they do not have cameras or security to check with. I am experiencing a financial hardship and when mentioned to the complex they tell you to figure it out or risk eviction. The staff are very rude and disrespectful, I have been laughed at, disrespected and hung up on. This complex is an absolute cesspool and needs a lot of work. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Management never fixes or repairs anything. I've had a hole in my bathroom ceiling since I moved in. I've found children peeping in my first floor windows. The sprinklers shoot directly into my apartment so I can't leave the windows open at night. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets so the place is littered with dog poop. The dog run is completely unusable because it's covered in dog poop. Maintenance and leasing agents drive golf carts all over the place, parking in the middle of the road and leaving muddy tire tracks throughout the "manicured lawns". The carpets were not put in properly so there are gaps under the heaters, allowing ants, crickets, and beetles to get in. Do not live here unless you enjoy the constant sound of screaming children, bugs, rude leasing agents, and to top it off, they'll try to raise your rent by $1200 after 1 year.
Such a great community, they are on top of everything. The on site staff is extremely helpful and gets things done quickly.. the people are very nice! Highly recommend

this is the perfect location. not far away from SBU and NYC. the rooms are very spacious and the staff is super friendly as well! The 3 bedrooms can all fit a queen bed nicely and a desk and night stand. amazing place for family and college students. there is a pool and gym in the complex!
The place is pretty nice and very hassle-free. One of the few places around Long Island with no extra broker fees. Place is quite nice and got brand new appliances - very satisfied
MY apartment is very lovely. Lots of windows with the sun shining through and rolling hills. I often joke that we live in Ireland. My son loves it there and we have been very happy, its our home. The management at Devonshire hills is wonderful. They take excellent care of the grounds. Friendly, clean and safe place to live.
I have been living here for about 4 years and Devonshire it has been my home a really beautiful place to live.I have nice neighbors quite place and the most important a safe place to live. The location of my apartment is the best i have a lot of light nice view and the distribution of the rooms are good .I like the size of the apartment and the style .The amenities are good and makes myblife easier. And i would also like to say that people in the rental office are the best always trying to help you and overall Devonshire is a great place to live and to call it home.
I love my beautiful apt, for the last 2yrs it's became my home for my child and me. Maintenance workers are always available to prepare whatever need fixing, it's very quiet, the lawns are well manicured. I'm grateful to go downstairs and do laundry without having to go to laundromat esp now I don't have a car. It's very hot outside and I'm happy that my child is in the pool as we speak ; and I didn't have to drive her there lol.and it's sits in a conveinient location, close to her school. The school is in a good district. So this is home for me and I reccommend anyone to live here.
One of the nicest apartments I've ever been too much less lived in. Everyone I met while I was moving in was so nice and helpful; one guy even let me borrow his dolly.
Devonshire Hills is a great, homey place to live. The apartments are updated, clean, bright and comfortable. Pets are welcomed and anything else you need they are happy to provide!! Wonderful place for couples, families and anyone in between :)
This apartment is great is close to all the stores and restaurants I do love it for all the parking.It also has a very nice staff very helpful also grounds are very nicely manicured.My building is always so nice and quite love the outdoor space this apartment is the perfect place to live.
This is the perfect Apartment in good location.Apartments are very near to the school. These apartments are located near to the rail way station which is useful for the personnel to go the Newyork for work. Apartments consists of necessary amenities like Laundry which are accessible with the individual card r key for each individual apartment. In this apartments the common areas are well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Most of the Work requests are completed with in 24 hours. It has a Tennis court and Swimming pools. It is very near to the most of the restaurants and shopping centers. It has a play ground for the kids.

I never thought that I would be as happy as I am. My wife and I are quite people. However, we do like people and enjoy seeing others around. The complex is absolutely beautiful. Clean, quite, spacious, 2 beautiful pools, Gym, Dog friendly, Kids, etc. I couldn't be happier. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a Den, spacious living room, nice kitchen and dinning area, and large balcony, love it.
I loved it when I went to look at the place. It is nice and warm. The kitchen is small for my likes. I like the bedrooms but the living room is a bit small for me. I loved the pool a lot. It is a nice place. I might like to live there one day.
When I decided to move back to New York, I had looked at several places. The thing that stuck out in my mind with the Devonshire Apartments was the cleanliness and the beautiful landscaping and the amenities. Once viewing the apartments, I realize that this location was for me. The apartment was prepared to prestine condition and the few minor things that needed to be done were done in an expeditant manner. I could not have asked for better service and preparation. Devonshire Apartments are located in an area that is close to the LIE and an abundance of shopping. I can't ask for anything more. Well worth it................
I live at Devonshire hills in Hauppauge, NY and have been living here for about 4 years. They are the best staff to deal with. As far as work that needs to be done to the apartment they get it done as soon as the request is made. They always ask me if I'm ok anytime I go to the leasing office and satisfy all my needs. I would highly recommend them to other people. I have children. The pool is the best. They have a tennis court and gym also available. I love the yearly customer appreciations they do.
These apartments are one of the most beautiful apartments I've lived in. Pool, tennis, gym, even renters appreciation month! The staff is great, and when assistance is needed there's never a delay. I love this place.
