Greatest dump in the delph
My daughter didn't have a stove for 10 days after moving in. Bugs everywhere, even after using the recommended product to get rid of them, smells like a bingo parlor (I replaced the carpet on the stairs at my own expense), was broken into twice (after the first break in, they nailed a 1x4 to the trim of the busted door - didn't bother to replace either the lock or door knob, a tenant backed into an apartment 3 doors down, so that was their excuse for not repairing my never ending saga of a broken toilet - they said they were overwhelmed with fixing the apartment (was never fixed, still looks like someone backed into it), dishwasher worked exactly one time, mildew growing on the back door, I could go on for hours - there is ZERO maintenance on this apartments. Nobody wants to live in a dorm or campus apartments, but do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bug infested, no maintenance having apartment complex!
