Located in the north central section of the Bronx, Williamsbridge is the unofficial crossroads to New York City. It is close to Upper Manhattan, New Jersey, Westchester, and Long Island -- get basically anywhere from this terrific location. But while it may be the crossroads to urban centers all over the New York area, it is also an outdoor crossroads of sorts -- parks surround Williamsbridge, with Bronx Park to the south, Wan Cortlandt Park to the northwest, and the massive Pelham Bay Park -- the largest park in New York City -- to the east.
In addition to a fantastic location, direct subway service into midtown Manhattan and affordable rent attracts new residents to Williamsbridge apartments.

Property Ratings at Quality Communities/Eastchester Heights
I visited the office this past weekend, not because i wanted to but because they never get back to you about your inquiries. I had been calling them for 6 months. Something told me to just leave it alone but I went up there anyway. When i got there i explained to the nice gentleman that someone named Diane had contacted me back in February but i missed her call, and since then I had been calling her constantly and leaving her messages. He then pointed to the lady sitting next to him and said oh that's Diane. I then greeted her and she barely said hello. I explained the situation to the guy and she told him she didn't have time to deal with me. RUDE ! Don't waste your time.
I’ve been a resident here for many years. With each new management company, the building gets worse & worse. They don’t clean the building nor elevator. Water bugs & mice are in the hallways. Several mail boxes are broken and open. The locks on the front & back door are often broken. Random males hang out in the stairway & halls making noise & playing music all hours of the day & night & trash the stairways. Management is aware & does nothing about it & “security” is a pure JOKE! The cops don’t even come when called. It’s a very filthy & unsafe place to live. You should definitely NOT move here!
I moved here for 2 years and there are weed smokers in the apartment one time I went home from picking my child at the daycare only for the elevator door to open to see outsiders having sex in the staircase and my child was 4 I called the management they gonna ask if I have proof like I should have expected it and have my phone out... don’t even get me started on the roaches I constantly have to be throwing out things they barely clean the buildings I literally had to go in the hallway and clean it myself.. the heating is the only good thing about these buildings.. if u need something to be fixed don’t think you’ll call and get anyone I had to went to the management and curse a couple a times the mailbox broken package being stolen I called 311 until I was tired I hate it..
I lived in this neighborhood For six years there were water bugs everywhere and raccoons waiting to surprise you. This building is very dangerous to get to my house I had to walk past this building and once while doing so with my siblings someone through a glass Snapple bottle off the roof almost hitting. We could have been seriously injured if not dead but by the grace of god we all still here. This is a dangerous neighborhood period.
Good & quick maintenance, people don't hang out in front of most buildings, pretty clean premesis & indoors, fairly safe neighborhood.
As resident living here for about three years. It was better when I moved in. Now it’s very noisy, security does nothing and all the leasing agents are rude. When you’re trying to get in the fake friendly but after they get your money, even before you get your keys they don’t care. Very unprofessional. The only professional person there is the leading manager. Everyone else treat u inhumanly even if your a great tenant as myself with no delinquencies. I’ve been trying to transfer to a bigger apartment 2 years now and still wanna put me in a waiting list. Right about now I’m considering moving out. Building nor the laundromat are properly maintain and you can’t even reach the live in super if something happens midnight like how they flooded my apartment and haven’t even look back to inquire about the damages or provide a discount. I asked where was I to shower or use the toilet and no one had an answer. I’m just making out until I get in another building because of unavailability.
The experience i encountered with Quality Communities was exceptional !!!! The agent I had the pleasure of doing business with was Eddie. When I tell you he was professional, knowledgeable , and super patient with me in this most stressful time of my searching. We jammed to oldies music while signing papers !! Awesome ...definitely puts the mood at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to call home and doing so with a wonderful group of individuals especially Eddie!!
Just moved to my apartment yesterday, and found the apartment renovated really well. Agent Edward was there to help since day one. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The interior of the apartment looks great. It is clean and very liveable.
This is the worst complex to live in the Bronx. They do not care about their tenants. Every complaint will fall on death's ear. Maintenance sucks, there is never security walking the complex, and the buildings are always dirty. Worst decision of my life. Do not trust these reviews giving it a high score, as they are most likely from the management dept.
700 credit score plus make 59,000 a yaer for 1 br. I could own a house with those qualifications. Neighborhood is nice but not worth what they ask. No elevators. Not everyone in these buildings make 59,000 a year
If I could give this place a zero I would. The condition of the building are disgusting for the price they are charging. The smell is horrendous as maintenance men DO NOT clean the garbage chute. There are tons of roaches and insects because of the garbage. No one sweeps the stairs/hallways so they are always dirty. When you call to have something fixed no one shows up or if someone does come, its shoddy patch work. Its been over 2 months with NO GAS and they give you a hot plate to use in the time being which is very dangerous especially with my 2yr old son running around the apartment. My electric bill has doubled due to using their hot plate but of course they do not compensate me for that. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Don't be fooled by the pictures online. They must of took the pictures YEARS ago when it was first built. The only plus is the neighborhood is good. I've come in late and no problems. In the summer they give excellent heat. That is about all this place gives...heat. I can't wait to move out.
Eastchester Heights is going "All the way up"- Team Edward and staff are surely professionals and understand the needs of the residents. They walk you through the rental process flawlessly and timely. The Heights have shown that great places in the Bronx exist. The Eastchester Heights working class families make it the perfect setting for children and seniors. The community is surely heading "All the way up " at Eastchester Heights !
Just signed my lease today and I couldn’t be more happy. Put my faith in my leasing agent Edward and he came thru in the clutch. The renovation came out great and the process for rental was simple and straightforward. Definitely a happy customer.
Reasonable Apts and Heat is the only positive but all else is negative. 1. WATER BUGS, RODENTS, ROACHES 2. WEED SMOKERS IN AND AROUND THE BUILDING 3. MAINTENANCE IS NOT PERSISTENT/ARRIVE WHEN THEY CHOOSE TOO 4. SECURITY? THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF SECURITY 5. LOUD MUSIC AND TENANTS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT 6. BUILDINGS SMELL AS IF THE DEAD BODY WAS REMOVED AND THE ATTEMPT TO COVER THE SMELL FAILED 7. MOLD, MOLD & MORE MOLD! 8. RUDE MANAGEMENT WHO LACK KNOWLEDGE ALSO SUFFERS FROM SHORT TERM MEMORY LOSS 9. MYSTERIOUS LEAKS FROM BEYOND, CELINGS CAVING IN, ROOF WALKERS IF YOU LIVE ON THE TOP FLOOR 10. RATING FROM 1 - 10....... 2 (1 for cost and the other for good heat) THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND MISLEADING PHOTOS ARE A BLATANT LIE. PLEASE, PLEASE TALK TO OTHER TENANTS AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE LIVING HERE. I WISH I DID! REMEMBER.....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
This place is nice to live in and no criminal activity at all. If you need more time to pay the rent the landlord is reasonable with you. The super does happen to be lazy at times but offer him a box of donuts and you will be his first priority. I would never move from here as it is my home
Think before you rent here! Why? Read reviews on google.maps. Waterbeds in the halls. Weed-heads smoking in the staircases. Broken items and waiting weeks before it gets repaired. I asked a family friend who lived here and they could not wait to move out!!
The place is ok to live. the heating is great in the winter, but you can only use Verizon or cable for TV and internet. the kitchen is small no island in the middle as shown on the pictures. They constantly raise the rent, and you have to fight to get someone to fix your apartment. Its ok!!!! but not for the prices.
Im very comfortable with this apartment, living here has been great. The heat and hot water in the winter keeps us very happy. The bedrooms are big enough to live with ease and comfort. Also the family room is spacious enough for the hole family to watch a movie or sports.
Very nice apartment buildings and friendly people where I am located. Office staff and maintenance very professional and just great. Apartments are well maintained. The rooms are spacious. Lived in this place many years. Very homey. Love it.
The place where it all started "the mecca" known as the Bronx. this apartment is centered near all means of transportation. A bus, train, or car service is just minutes away by walking. An abundance of local eateries that can fit your fancy. The apartment itself gives you the impression of serene living in one of the greatest boroughs in New York, that is surround by flowers, london plane trees and has a courtyard.
