Pricy, but friendly management/maintenance staff. Ideal location in the Eastlake neighborhood. Clean and reasonably quiet building. Parking garage a bit tricky. Narrow stalls and high car-prowl/theft rate for the neighborhood. Galley and other storage not always adequate. Full-sized stacked washer/dryer a big plus.
