Resting along the Salt River, Tempe’s major claim to fame is the main campus of Arizona State University. More than fifty thousand students attend classes here, and the university’s impact on the local culture cannot be overstated. In addition to being the city’s largest employer, ASU serves as the cultural hub for Tempe, hosting guest speakers, art and history exhibits, concerts, and other events that draw students and non-students alike. In addition to ASU Sun Devil sports, Tempe is also home to the spring training facilities for the Los Angeles Angels and the Legoland Discovery Center Arizona. Most of the nightlife and entertainment options in town are clustered near the ASU campus on the north side of town, with the areas further south mostly occupied by quiet suburban neighborhoods.
Along with the impressive campus of ASU, Tempe house beautiful green spaces.

Property Ratings at Rise on McClintock
In complete transparency (because I have definitely had my negative experiences with past apartments) Surprisingly, I don’t have any complaints about this community. Amazing on-site manager and no bugs, and those are typically my biggest concerns. I wish I didn’t have to leave because I was so comfortable in my home here. I read other reviews and I’m confused because in my experience, although I only communicate with the on-site manager & rarely the head management, I moved into this complex when it was under a different company a few years ago & I was worried when the previous company was bought out by The Rise because of my relationship i made with the former office managers & hesitant of change. However, the Rise took over very fast, instantly upgrading the property and I realized how much more professional they were.. There were actually a lot of changes needed regarding not only appearance, but also security, reliability in maintenance and overall more involvement in tenant care I didn’t realize the former company was lacking. Jonathan, the manager that runs the office, is probably the best apartment manager I’ve had in all of my living experiences. & the sole reason I wanted to leave a review. I regret initially giving him a hard time because of issues the old company left me with I hadn’t yet realized. After more interactions with him I learned he genuinely cares for the well-being of us tenants & made me so comfortable to come in at any time assuring me he’s always there to help. He really enhanced my living experience here & I don’t think I’ll ever live in a community with a more reliable office manager than he has been. Probably the biggest reason I’ll miss living here the most because I feel he was not only a great manager but also felt like a friend. I would definitely recommend this community to others if you want an affordable, unproblematic and very well managed living experience
I lived in this complex for over 5 years and I loved every day!!! The staff is always there to assist you and really make you feel like they are there to help you. All my maintenance requests were done on time and when scheduled. The grounds are always well maintained and it is a quiet quaint place to live. Jasmine the office manager is amazing and always there to help if you need any help. I would recommend this community to anyone who wants a nice quiet and conveniently located place to live!!

My wife and I have lived here for the last five years. We particularly enjoy that while it is close to ASU, it seems to have many more families than college students and is relatively quiet. While we have never experienced any major problems here, we have noticed a real change in atmosphere with the new management company. The new staff here is great, particularly the maintenance guys. They frequently respond to maintenance requests in less than an hour and are always courteous and professional. The new exterior paint job looks great and the small fitness center is a nice added amenity. I would definitely recommend Eden Apartments to anyone.

"Great place to live; and as a matter of fact, I have lived here for fifteen years so that should speak for itself. Staff has always been courteous, and works with the tenants to help resolve problems in a fair, and quick manner. There is also security patrol in the evenings. You can walk around the grounds, and it is very quiet for those that are looking for some peacefulness. It is close to Arizona State University, and many grocery stores. In addition, it is close to Tempe Marketplace for outdoor mall shopping. It really is a centrally located apartment, and is also a half mile away to the light rail for easy travel." "Convenience is the key word."
I just started my lease and quail Canyon change to better management . The new the new management is much better than before and they're doing major upgrades in the community and I love it!!!
I've been a resident here for the last 6 years. The Property has went through many changes. It keeps getting better, and remains a comfortable, safe apartment complex that is perfect for families who are just starting out.I without any hesitation would suggest to any one looking for a new apartment; to come experience QUAIL CANYON.
