My husband and I are moving out as our lease expires soon. Even thought it was definitely not one of those luxury apartments, we had a good time here overall. There had been a bunch of issues but they would always try to fix these as soon as possible. Also, we lived upstairs so it was pretty quiet which we liked. We honestly don’t know about downstairs though. The location is great. You can literally walk to Target, TJmaxx, Ross, Traderjoes etc. Those places across the streets which we really liked. The rent was pretty reasonable for the location. The dishwasher was not usable and they couldn’t fix it and we had to do the dishes all the time, but as the water was included in the rent, it was not a big issue for us.
This has been the best apartment I have lived in by far. I love the hardwood floors, spacious plan, new appliances, and amazing bathroom. Elma and Nihad are super attentive and kind! When I lost my keys or locked them in my car, they were there to assist and let me use the spare. All of my maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner as well.
We've been living here for years, Elma and Nihad have been one of the best management we had by far! They are Responsive, Professional, Kind and take well care of the tenants and do what they can to help and assist.
I’ve lived here for two and a half years and just resigned a 15 month lease. The landlord was even able to accommodate me for the move in special which gave me two months rent free! It’s a quiet and safe building and close to everything including downtown Campbell and Westgate shopping center. I’ve had very few maintenance issues and the management is very responsive to getting things done as needed. I have new appliances, wood floors throughout, and quiet neighbors. I definitely would recommend!
We enjoy our apartment it has great lighting and it is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. Elma has been superb and prompt with responses. Our unit has view to the pool and our kids enjoy spending time in the pool on evenings and weekends.
My wife and I lived in this location between 04/18-09/20. The managers are super helpful and quickly to act to correct any issues in the apt or complex. The complex and public areas are always kept clean. Our apartment was very spacious and at a reasonable price. The complex location cannot not be beat on the border of campbell, get a Campbell apartment at San Jose prices. Easy access to multiple mass transit lines. All types of shopping and malls are within walking distance, no need for vehicle if mass transit takes you to work.
Just moved in in July and have already met some really great neighbors! Everybody is so friendly! Our managers have been wonderful, accommodating, and helpful in directions for us to find all the services we need. My son especially loves having the pool right outside our door. Parking and laundry is very convenient to our unit.
The apartment complex itself is so clean and quiet. My family and I feel at home ever since we moved in on 2/15/2020. Elma the apartment has been so kind and helpful with any concerns or needs we have had. I recommend these apartments to anyone.
I reciently moved here and I love it, the area is perfect with great locations to shop and eat. The quality of the apartment is great verry clean and new. I apreciate the nice woman Alma that has been on top of all my questions. I highly recommend this home!
This place is very quiet and in a very good location. I live here for more than 3 years. So far we have the best onsite property management. Both Elma and Nihad are very helpful and attentive. We get responses to our request within less than a day and it also gets addressed very fast based on priority.
I've had the opportunity to work with Elma and Nahid on my process to get an apartment rental. The process was very smooth, fast and reliable. I was actually surprised at how well the things were handled. They communicated quickly with me after my approval for the place I've got. We would be able to sign documents and agreements within 2 days of my approval. I am very happy with the management of these properties, I would recommend to reach out to them when looking for a new place and you'll be surprised.
