Overall this place is great! The location is probably the best in the city with access to light rail and great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall very good experience. My only issue is that entrances often smell like pet urine. Wish pet owners would be better about picking up after their pets too

Living here has been pretty great! No complaints about the apt as a whole. Rent prices are the only main struggle but that’s everywhere. Living in the one bedroom “jackson” style facing one of the side courtyards has been nice and quiet.

The staff is very attentive and responsive with a willingness to make your living experience better. The amenities are nice and the apartments are clean and functionable. The only downside is I live on the noisier side of the complex and can constantly hear the traffic outside.

Definitely the nicest apartments we were able to find with our budget. It's a little on the higher end but Elizabeth Square is very nice! We love the pool and gym and our apartment! Hope to be able to keep affording rent here. :)

Great neighborhood with lots of food and activities near by! The staff and maintenance crew is awesome when needed. The only negative is that it is close to highway so you get a lot of noise!

Quiet living, valet trash and no issues so far. Very dog friendly. Love that the fifth floor is only accessible from one side of the apartments.

Its definitely been an experience. It's a decent apartment in a really good neighborhood. It's a corporate owned complex, so expect your rent to go up and your amenities to stay the same or even decline. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to most problems.

Apartments are a great size for a great price, in a fantastic location. Applicators are a little dated but nothing to complain about. Would recommend living here!

I absolutely love my new apartment home at Elizabeth Square! Elizabeth Square provided me with the floorplan of my Work From Home dreams, beautiful apartment features and amenities, and an amazing community to call home. My dog loves the pet park, the walkability of the neighborhood, and the giant windows in our unit! The staff continues to provide the same excellent service I was given during my leasing experience.

I LOVE IT HERE! I am going on my 5th year residing here. I love that my apartment has street access, it's next to a dog park, and within waking distance of everything I need. The parking garage is a great plus, but also street parking and to be available at all times. Can't wait until they start the trolly! The people are nice, the office/maintenance staff are amazing, and the amenities are fun. Highly recommend.

My roommates and I have been so pleased so far. Our 3-bedroom apartment is gorgeous and has a great view of the Charlotte skyline with an over-sized balcony. The location is perfect, since I can walk to many places. Johnathan is a phenomenal leasing agent, and we wouldn't be here without his incredibly help and patience. Keep in mind the apartment does border the highway (its visible from our apartment) but if that won't bother you, then the place is close to perfect.

I've been here for about a year and the place is great. Location is perfect for me since I work in plaza midwood, the only thing I've had problems with is construction but that's not their fault. Staff is quick with replies and when I have questions that need to be answered face to face they've done well to satisfy my needs, thanks again Johnny! All in all, 5/5.

E2 is the PERFECT location for living in Charlotte! I have been here for nearly and year and honestly, I've not heard any noise from any neighbors on any sides. Elizabeth Square has beautiful apartment homes located right outside of uptown Charlotte! Excellent skyline views with a neighborhood vibe. It has the best matience team you could ever ask for and just moments away from all of the great restaurants, shops, and bars that Plaza Midwood has to offer. If you have not toured the beautiful gated community you are missing our in something special!

I have lived at Elizabeth Square for almost 2 years now, and I have enjoyed living here! The office staff is very knowledgeable and take time to assist you with questions and concerns. Recently I transferred to another apartment in the building; Jaimie made the process very easy. She explained the processes and assisted me every step of the way! The transfer was very smooth and successful! I am now enjoying my new apartment and looking forward to living here for many years to come. GOOD JOB Elizabeth Square!

Elizabeth Square is a beautiful community. When looking for my next space I wanted to safe and secure, this community delivers. The location is perfect because you feel like you're surrounded by trees and then can walk a block to the bustling neighborhood of Plaza Midwood. They have a great area for dogs, our pup loves his new home because of the green spaces throughout the surrounding streets. As someone who used to live on a busier street in Charlotte, this community provides a lot of peace of mind for us.

If you're looking for a youngish, cool / hip vibe, with access to nightlife, great restaurants, unique stores, parks, nature, and a soon-to-be bridge connecting to the beautiful Elizabeth, and a trolley that will run through uptown, this is the spot for you. Cool community feeling, you have your privacy, and fun communal events to make you feel engaged and at home. Leasing office is very friendly as well, and kinda chill.

I shopped around for an apartment when I planned to relocate to Charlotte, and none offered as many amenities, in a happening area, than Elizabeth Square. Once I moved in, the staff reinforced my decision ten fold. They continue to go above and beyond to show how much the tenants are valued and appreciated. I tell everyone, if I could buy my unit, I would.
