Property Ratings at EnVision Apartments
It’s always a leak, they don’t properly clean after move outs I had to clean EVERYTHING from the walls, carpets down to the cracks of the corners, these apartments are HIGHLY infested with bugs and black mold. nice apartments going to waste , could be better if they had better management.
I lived in this apartment for 2 years and my experience was absolutely terrible. The staff has NO customer service, the amenities are dirty and outdated, they can't keep anyone in management to save the property and to top it off there is MOLD!! Throughout the last month of my stay I was sick from mold exposure and didn't even know it until I moved out. There was not so much as an I'm sorry for your experience, he basically asked me what he wanted me to do about the mold. I had to make sure I was talking to the Property Manager, because there's no way I could be getting this type of help from the main person who should be helping me. All they care about is money and once they get yours it's a wrap. Don't move to envision!!!
The management is a nightmare to deal with; I've had numerous issues and would highly recommend living somewhere else. I have lived here for 3 years and the staff is extremely rude and have lied to me multiple times. If i had any maintenance issues, it would take days and I would always have to contact them again to remind them there was still an issue. I had a leaking roof and substantial water damage for two months, and all they did was patch the hole up, leaving warped floors/walls and flaking paint off the ceiling. Also, while transferring to another apt, they put my roommate and me in the same room and made me move to another building when I had that apt reserved for months. Also, that apartment wasn't adequately prepared. I had to clean the apt (there was black mold in the shower), and over the next two weeks, I had painters, a carpet cleaner, and maintenance come in to do the work, all of which is legally required to be done before a person moves in. Also, there was massive damage to the furniture from a past animal, and they refused to replace it. Envisions management also doesn't take you seriously, and if you want something done, you will need a parent to contact them. Also they charge you a good couple hundred of dollars after moving for small damages. They are always trying to scam you for your money. Parking is horrible, and I often have to park off the street. Also, the washer and dryers are always broken, and I've had to go to the laundromat numerous times. Furthermore, that quiz you take to find a good roommate; they don't even use that. They put me with a girl that and is a freshman, a hoarder, and is antisemitic (I am a senior, super clean, and Jewish). It took two weeks to put a roommate mediation in place. All management cares about is taking your money, once they have it, they don't give a crap about you. Also, all the positive comments are most likely fake; they often bribe students to write a good review. Save your money and troubles.
