do not move here

Roach infested apartments, old, broken box AC units, water heater in the closet makes the bedroom unbearably hot in the summertime

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The apartments are filled with mold, management is AWFUL. They are quick to email you about paying rent but slow about responding to maintenance request! The people here ARE VERY ARGUMENTATIVE! Management is unprofessional! I’ve dealt with them two years and I hated every minute here with them. The apartment has been leaking and mold has been in here for two years. Do not move here!!!

Beware

By far the worst apartment community I have been in. Property owners only care about the sections of the lease that will make them money instead of focusing on anything that will actually improve the community. Property owners do not care about noise, drug use in the parking lots, or all out terrible tenants. Need something done by maintenance? Good luck, it took weeks to get a working fridge. Let’s talk about the bedbugs in the laundry facility and then the over $400 cost of treatment that you’re responsible to pay when the landlord knows that it has been a problem but hides it from the tenants. Stay Away. Not worth the rent you pay, spend a little more per month for your peace of mind.

We are sorry for any issues you may have faced while a resident at Executive Hills Apartments. We strive to answer all maintenance calls in a quick and courteous manner for all residents. At your report of bedbugs we had every unit and all laundry facilities inspected by a third party company who found a limited source in your home, the cost of this as stated in the lease does have to be paid by the resident. All other incurred costs, your pet fee and renters insurance are industry standards at many area apartment communities.
