I loved living here!
I loved living at 28 N Goodman St. The landlord is down-to-earth, compassionate, and kind. She really cares about people. She takes great care in choosing tenants and equally great care in making sure tenants have what they need, including safety. She immediately fixed/replaced the microwave and oven when I asked. My studio apartment was clean, had no odors, and was really quiet. I rarely heard my neighbors. Parking was convenient. Wifi was fast and reliable. If I find myself looking for a rental in Rochester again, I will go to Executive Manor first.
