Property Ratings at Falcon Glen
Do not move here, they will do anything to squeeze extra $ out if you. Apartments are terribly poor for the amount they charge. Maintenance sometimes takes days to come fix a problem. Does not clean property after someone moves out.. my neighbor just moved out a week ago and there is already another tenant in here.. 10/10 do not recommend, you could find somewhere much better that is actually worth the $ and if you do move in here ASK TO VIEW THE APARTMENT FIRST OR FORGET IT ! -current resident as of 2023

We're truly sorry you feel that way. We know our team to be comprised of thoughtful, hardworking professionals, so we can't help but feel disappointed by your negative feedback. Please contact a leasing agent directly so we can better address these and any other misunderstandings you may have.
Management is terrible. They do not care about their tenants at all. When I first moved into the apartment I was a little hesitant because I found painted over hair on the walls and even found painted over goldfish snack. After cleaning up the apartment myself it felt better but it took MONTHS to get a maintenance to come out and fix the issues we had. Any complaints we made were just brushed off and never addressed. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Prepare for your rent to be $400 higher than advertised, your lease is going to be packed full of bogus charges and fees that you shouldn't be paying, as well as some of the worst lease terms in Arizona! Our unit is very run down, with old barely functional appliances, and that just seems to be the norm. In addition, if you ever have issues paying rent, they will be no help at all. Prepare to be paying $300 in fees from the rent "Discount" they'll be taking away, if you're ever not able to get into the billing portal to pay rent. We won't be eating this month, but congrats guys, you got your money! Do not rent here under any circumstances, it's not worth your headache

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you have had an experience of this nature. When you have the time, the Falcon Glen Team would like to connect with you directly to discuss your feedback and can be contacted in the office at (480) 830-8795. Thank you
Very poor treatment of tenants. Management is difficult to get in contact with. I've waited on hold for 30 minutes and tried a different phone just for them to answer immediately. They charge you for any damage to the exterior of the building, had my window busted by a random passerby and they added the repairs to my rent for the month.
I haven’t come across a more incompetent management team in the 20+ years of renting. Not only will Falcon Glen lie about moneys owed, but they will blatantly ignore factual documentation presented. The apartment has rust on appliances, floors deteriorated on brink of caving, dangerous exposed electrical, walls thin enough to hear your neighbors neighbor, holes in weather stripping around doors to skyrocket electric bill, and willing to bet this complex won’t pass code inspection. The management will create bogus fees and fight it all the way to court. I assure you, the (D-) rating Falcon Glen has is a blessing. If you see a good review, I can also assure you, it came from Falcon Glen to discredit real honest renters.
I should have believed the reviews. They don't call back. Staff is incompetent and constantly make easily preventable mistakes. When I moved in the place was is shambles, doors off their hinges, door knobs loose, carpet cleaner on the carpet, holes in the cabinet and they just painted over random stuff on the wall. Dealing with this place has been a nightmare. Please move somewhere else or you'll regret it like I do.

We're sorry you feel that way, Sarah. We're quite proud of the improvements we've made over the years, especially in light of pandemic-related challenges. We remain committed to improving our service when and wherever possible, and we'll certainly keep your comments in mind moving forward. That said, we can't help but feel your dissatisfaction is the consequence of a misunderstanding (or two), and we encourage you to contact us directly so we can better understand your concerns. Thank you.
I personally hate this place. At least 90$ minimum for water, power goes out at least once a week, and for the price the apartment is subpar. Everything is painted over, door handles, hinges, and even hair in the bathroom. It is half-assed and over-priced.

Tbh, it’s kind of quiet and not a lot happens here. I’ll be hitting my 5th month here soon and No complaints so far. When I moved in, I had an AC issue. I called the office and I had AC same day! The office staff are AMAZING!!!! This is a really great place to live ??

If there is anything you ever need, please reach out to the office and let us know. We're always happy to help!
This place has been terrible. From charging nearly $100/month for water, $25/month for cable I don't use, promising I had ceiling fans in my apartment yet I still don't have them for a year and a half, and trying to increase my rent 9% - I'm over it. Everything is broken down and old, they make promises they cannot deliver on, the grounds always look like crap with dog poop everywhere. Look elsewhere is my suggestion.
Property Manager at Falcon Glen, Responded To This Review
It sounds like there's been some kind of misunderstanding regarding the terms of your lease, one we'd be more than happy to resolve directly whenever you have a minute. In the meantime, please know that your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and that we remain committed to improving your experience when and wherever possible. Thank you.
Everything here is a lie. Infested. Infested. Infested.... Thin the try to make it seem like they don't know what your talkin about. Always send u on the run around.

I went in for a tour last weekend and both girls in the office were very friendly and informative. I was looking for a friend that will be moving to AZ, I felt the property looked beautiful and very reasonable in price as well. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my friend.
Property Manager at Falcon Glen, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the review! We are so glad that you were pleased with your tour. If there is anything we can do to assist you moving forward, please let us know. We appreciate you! - Falcon Glen Apartments Team
The management staff is excellent, efficient and always eager to meet my needs. I have yet to have any issue with them at all. The price is reasonable, the units could use some updating, but it's the friendly staff that far out weighs all of that!
The maintenance here is never timely. I'm still waiting for them to fix ask overflowing toilet. I've called multiple times. The staff is staff us rude and very short. They make your feel like it's a bother to help you and there are always police cars here for some kind of disturbance. To many hidden fees and charges as well
If you need to get a hold of the office, might as well go to the office. The never answer their phones or call you back if you leave a message. I have put in so many work requests for so many things. For starters, one of the toilets is actually caving through the floor (I live in a townhouse), my other toilet rocks, even my oven catches on fire.. I still have yet to see maintenance fix it. It's a very old apartment complex, the inside of the apartments show that they are old for example; old appliances, counter tops, and cabinets. I cannot wait until my lease is up, I will be moving else where. Save your money, find somewhere else to live if you're looking.
In a way I love and don't love our apartments. The space is great and the price is great. But Maintenance is a sore subject for us. We have found that of we don't keep calling for whatever maintenance issue it doesn't get resolved but if we do keep after them it is done!!! Other than that we do love it here for our first apartments!!
I just moved in to my new first floor town house. The apartment is old and could use some updating, newer appliances and carpet replacement, but it does have character and old charm which I like.. It's a large apartment with the bedrooms and bath upstairs and half bath downstairs.. The office staff are nice and the maintenance so far has responded right away.. Its mostly quite place lots of trees the area isn't the best but I do like living there..
Location is good. Landscapers blow dirt everywhere. Appliances need updated. Rent increased every year.
Pretty good place to live. Comfortable apartment. Nice Neighbors.
You get what you pay for. The place is nice. The other tenants are not.
Falcon Glen is really a great place to raise a family. The maintenance crew keeps everything looking good. There are stores across the street so its easy to go pick up something. The fields are big for the kids to play in. Its a quiet place as well.
