By far one of the prettiest college towns in the country, Bowling Green offers a picture-perfect downtown, complete with beautiful historic architecture, brick-paved walkways, planters filled with colorful flowers, period lighting, the prerequisite art-deco movie theater, and even a lively mural or two. Bowling Green is home to Bowling Green State University, one of the country's top-ranking universities. It is located about 22 miles south of Toledo and about two hours west of Cleveland.
The city's parks include the Black Swamp Preserve, a park that reflects the city's beginnings as part of the Great Black Swamp that once covered much of Northwestern Ohio. Wintergarden Woods, another terrific park, offers hiking, wildlife viewing, and a nature center. During winter, Conneaut Haskins Park is popular for its sledding hill, one of the largest in the city.
First settled in 1832, Bowling Green began as a small farming community.

Property Ratings at Falcon's Pointe
This is extremely expensive for what you get in return. Furniture is broken and falling apart. The mattresses are horrible. The gym has very old equipment that is all rusted and dirty. They will pick at everything they can just to keep your security deposit and try to get more money out of you. The maintenance team is very slow to come fix your problems and most likely won’t take you seriously if you’re a young woman. When I told them our TV wouldn’t turn on they asked me if it was plugged in and if I used the remote. Very insulting. Not worth the money!!!
Worst apartment complex in Bowling Green. And you would be able to see that if it weren’t for Falcons Pointe making their employees give the company 5 star reviews on multiple platforms to make them look good. Very expensive for a low quality and small apartment Pool is frequently closed, The gym is very small and all the equipment is old, Apartments are very small(look at others in BG and you will realize), Dryer takes multiple cycles to dry because its cheap. Oven and stove were low quality and frequently had problems, Parking is terrible, Parking lot does not get cleared for at least a day when it snows, People in the office are not helpful at all, Office rarely answers calls and you can never get a hold of someone higher up than these college students that work here and do not know what they are doing, Maintenance takes way too long (often times well over a week) Everything in the furnished apartments are cheap and fragile they are going to make you pay for a bunch of stuff at move out. I suggest looking at other apartments you can find cheaper and better ones all throughout Bowling Green. The owners of Falcons Pointe are money hungry and do not care about the residents. P.S. if you leave Falcons Pointe a bad review they will bribe you to take it down by taking money off of your final account. They took $250 off of my final account when I originally left a 1 star review. Thanks for reading.
Be careful if you are moving in without knowing your roommates. My daughter was assigned an apt with a girl that had a domestic violence charge against her and it was quickly evident why. There were 3 young women who moved out of the apartment pre-maturely because it was so stressful to live with verbal abuse and threats of violence. While this part is not Falcon's Pointe fault, their inability to do ANYTHING about it is. They would "talk" to her which only made the living situation worse. So my recommendation would be to ask if any of the roommates had complaints made against them and I would have an agreement to be allowed to move without being charged if you are placed with a problem roommate.
It is hard to find an apartment complex in Bowling Green that is 100% accommodating. There are few things that I like about this complex such has having a free shuttle, pool/hot tub, and gym. Besides that, I will say that living here has been a terrible experience. Everything within the apartment is cheap, poorly constructed, and is prone to break easily. Within this time period we have had our washer/dryer and microwave replaced, our sink flood into the kitchen, and our hot water tank break down twice leaving us with no hot water. Both management and maintenance run slow and are rather inconsiderate. On the outside looking in, it may seem like the best place to stay in BG. However, I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
I absolutely love living here! I like how you can choose your own roommates and you get your own private bathroom. I also like how the apartments come fully furnished! The staff is super helpful and the rent is very reasonable! Lastly, I love how printing is free as long as you bring your own paper :) I would recommend this apartment to any incoming student at BG!
I absolutely love living at Falcon's Pointe! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance is very efficient in fix everything. Currently, I am came in knowing all of my roommates, however, I am getting a new roommate next semester. I have heard Falcon's Pointe does an awesome job with matching roommates. If you are coming in not knowing anyone don't worry! You will fill out a roommate matching form, then you will be placed with other roommates that have similar preferences to yours!
I have had an amazing experience living at Falcon's Point so far. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance guys are always quick to get things fixed. I love that the workout facility is open 24 hours so I can use it any time, as well as the computer lab. The pool and hot tub are also an amazing bonus. Definitely made the right choice living here!
I have lived here for 11 months and have enjoyed every moment. Excited to start my senior year living at Falcon's Pointe. Staying for the summer has been fun and has given me so many awesome memories! The staff is friendly and willing to work out anything and everything. Student or non-student I am glad I made the choice to live here. Would recommend 10/10.
This is a perfect complex for off campus students looking for luxury living. With perks like a campus shuttle, pool, hut tub, workout room, and free internet hookups it's easy to lie back and not stress about how you're going to get school work done. The option to rent the apartment furnished makes it a perfect place for any first time renting students.
