On site maintenance not always available
The place is falling apart. You send in the email for repair and it never gets done. Only gave it 2 stars because it has the private and public park and the 1st level has a nice open space with lots of sunshine.

Farmington Family Townhomes
These are great townhomes to rent from. It's a small community and quiet neighborhood. Theres a community park but also a public park right in the area for kids to play. If your looking for a quiet place out minutes away from the city, this place is great!

Farmington family town homes
There is so much storage and space, the closets and bathrooms are wonderful. I had a lot of maintenance issues such as the garbage disposal and the laundry is very loud but otherwise great place to live.
