Our mission is to complement and support the academic experience of the diverse community of UMB scholars who are members of our professional schools and interdisciplinary graduate school by providing on-campus housing options that are affordable, safe, and conveniently located. Too expensive
i just graduated from social work school and i wish i knew more about the city than what i knew because this place is so expensive for what it is!!! and the front desk staff seemed annoyed by me when i had questions

Fayette Square
This is the perfect building if you're a UMD grad student who's looking for a safe and secure place to live that is within close proximity to the UMD graduate campuses (e.g. law, dentistry, nursing, social work, etc). Filled with tons of study spaces for those late nights, as well as laundry/dryers, fully-furnished apartments, elevators, and even a gym. Oh, and a plus: It's PET-FRIENDLY! I love living in this building and having both affordability and convenience in one apartment as a grad student! Hope you'll love it, too! :)
