Great place to live!
The management is fantastic and utilities are all one flat $65/mo fee!

New owners and manager
The new owners and manager (right next door) are off to a great start. Numerous updates have already happened and rumors are there are more to come. The new manager is responding to all the deferred maintenance issues that were ignored by the previous groups, of which there were many. Really taking shape. And no new owner rent increase either!
