Property Ratings at Fieldstone Apartments
If you have a company truck, or will end up with one in the future, do NOT live here. The policy for it is stupid, inconvenient, and just not worth it. if you do not go every 3 days for a parking pass to keep your company truck from getting towed, have fun wasting money getting the vehicle back as the tow company wont answer their phone. On the other hand, pest control is laughable, maintenance will cause more problems then fixing IF he even get to you, and the office staff will do everything in their power to penny pinch in their favor. NOT WORTH IT!!!
When I first moved in the apartments were wonderful. But they have gone way down hill since then. The parking is the first problem. My husband works sometimes till 11 and when he gets home there is no parking. He has to park our car at my friends house who lives 2 blocks away and walks home. This has become a problem. And Yes even the small section marked visitor is packed. Party's, Every weekend there is a party here. This is not a problem Saturday or Sunday. But when it rolls over to Monday-Thursday some of us have to work and we like to sleep it becomes a problem. The space to get in and out of the apartment is small and when cars a parking there for a party preventing you from leaving. You can tell management but they will do nothing about it. Maintenance, Our sink has been broke for 6 months and we have been down to the office 6 times. We have final given up. But getting things fixed is a slow process or no process. I can go on and on about these apartments. But here are the good points. The apartments are cheap all bills paid. They do spray for bugs often. And, they are good about letting you know when they are spraying.
They are never in the office, they won't come fix nothing but quick to put a notice on ur door about rent. She towed my car even tho I had a sticker on my car and had to pay 203 to get my car back. She very rude and dont know how to talk to people. And did i forget to mention she is never there.
Very happy with management! She is always willing to go above and beyond to fulfill my needs! Very courteous and willing to go that extra mile to solve my issues!
Rude management never on property if u park on visitor section you will be towed can't get a permit you will be towed never around for problems that arise proof of every single thing I'm saying she is never ever in the office,apartments are infested with roaches, pool is always closed The a/c hardly works.
Do not move here unless you want to pay $203.30 extra every time the manager decides she feels like towing your car.
Parking is at a premium - one space per apartment - so they decided to issue stickers - no sticker - you get towed - can't get to the office to get a sticker - tough - need a visitor pass on a weekend - tough - parked in your assigned space - no sticker - tough - you get towed - tow fee is outrageous - but the drop fee? this time it was $70 - they hook you up - and then un hook if you come up with cash - how much do you suppose the manager is getting in kickbacks? Moving on....
The maintenance people are always working unsafe leaving material in our walking way,dont barricade their mess ,never give you time in advance when they need to work on apartment ,they just walk in without permission,lights go out due to lightning ,manager is no were to be found ,never answers her phone,very bad management.
