Highlands is a small suburban neighborhood in northern Lincoln. Highlands features manicured lawns, cul de sacs, and affordable to moderately priced rental options in a variety of styles from single-family homes to modern apartments. The neighborhood is best known for the Highlands Golf Course which dominates the western portion of the community. Several office buildings and warehouses are located in the southern tip of Highlands making it a good choice for residents who want their workplace to be close to home. Commuters also enjoy easy access to several major roadways including Interstate 80, Highway 34, and Highway 77. Lincoln Airport is located to the west of Highlands making out-of-state travel easy. Although there are a few casual restaurants and small shops in Highlands, most residents travel into Downtown Lincoln for shopping, dining, and entertainment since the city center is only five miles away.

Great place! Fountain Glen was a great place to live! The office people were always very helpful, especially Cindy, and very responsive anytime we had an issue. The maintenance guys were all great too! Always there when we needed something. Thank you all so much!
Fixed our door right away! Came and fixed the door handle the next day and the door even works better than before!
The maintenance is all right, but the management is terrible. When it comes to things like parking lot issues, having cars broken into, or informing residents that the water will be shut off in a timely manner. This management drops the ball on a regular basis.

Very happy This is a great place to live. Very happy on on Maintenance handles and fixes problems within the apartment. very glad that tey replaced the ac until that was going out. My cats and wife are happy too.

The toilet overflowed (water) I love maintenance living in Fountain Glen, a CIP company. They are reliable and get the job done. From the beginning of the call, I have always been pleased with the maintenance department's kind and courteous customer service and prompt service, especially during the weekend. Continue good work.

I appreciate Ms. Cindy professional and kind customer service. She truly cares about the residents and ensures that they are always treated with respect. The maintenance staff is the best, professional and knowledgeable. However, I would truly appreciate some new grass in front of my door, the grass is completely dry out. I do understand ithe season we are in perhaps the next season, it can be pencil in as I would love to see the community in itself is well represented.

Staff and maintenance are awesome, everybody is really friendly, enjoyed my time living here in Fountain Glen. Prices are the lowest around and you get a great experience, clean efficient apartment, and pretty good neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

The “weekly parking lot check” doesn’t seem to be happening. Very sick of having no where to park because people have random junk cars with no plates or transits sitting in spots for months. Beyond disappointed with how you guys take care of the parking situation.

- No complaints about this complex, grounds are well kept, maintenance is prompt and the units are beautifully unique. 4 stars as the washer/dryers at the ends of each hallway almost always require two paid cycles to get things clean and dry which is frustrating.

I'll start with the positive: grounds are kept mowed and clean staff is pretty friendly service requests are tended to fairly promptly -fitness room is too hot -- the fans aren't enough -fitness room lacks privacy with windows on all sides. curtains are old and hard to pull down. -low quality washers -parking stalls are too small
I have loved this building the entire time that I have lived here, up until the move in of this years(multiple) awful tenants. Loud music at any hour of the day and night, and constant overpowering smell of marijuana and cat urine that invades the hallway and our apartment. Plus, trash/food and unwanted possessions left in the hallways. Those are just the specifics to this building as there are several on the site that I'm sure remain to be what this one once was. There are clean grounds with nice landscaping, a friendly and helpful staff, plus an in ground pool and a gym in the clubhouse. The only problem with the actual building that could be improved would be the substandard washer/dryer. Often times it leaves clothes wet after multiple paid cycles but that is a very minor gripe because it's still probably cheaper than a laundromat. So, without the inconsiderate tenants this is actually a pretty great complex. Hopefully, that will pass and this formerly clean, quiet place to live will become what it has the potential to be.
Very friendly staff, great services, affordable price and good location :) The maintanance crew is very friendly and helpful; they have been able to fix every problem we have had with the apartment (including smoke smell from the previous tenant)!
