Nestled alongside the Mississippi and Meramec Rivers, Arnold lies just 18 miles south of Saint Louis. Arnold may be proximate to the big city, but it feels worlds away with its pervasive natural beauty that includes rolling hills, lush trees, and enchanting waterways.
Naturally, Arnold offers plenty of options for outdoor recreation. Nine city parks tout more than 400 acres of green space for activities like walking, picnicking, fishing, boating, playing sports, and more. Some of Arnold’s top recreational destinations include Arnold City Park, Arnold Recreation Center, and Arnold Golf Club (formerly known as Pomme Creek Golf Course).
The city also boasts two dog parks, a seasonal farmers market, and numerous modern shopping centers equipped with national retailers and chain restaurants. Arnold is just minutes away from area attractions such as Mastodon State Historic Site, Cliff Cave County Park, and Suson Park. Getting around from Arnold is a breeze with convenience to I-55 and U.S.

Property Ratings at Fox Chase Apartments
Was a great place and worth money but recent new owners made drastic changes. Used to include gas, now you pay yourself, used to include water sewer trash now you pay $80 for one bed, make you pay their insurance $16.50 mo, in lease says when you move out have to pay for professional carpet cleaning and give them receipt and all of this for outdated apartment. Read lease BEFORE you sign, they will nickel and dime you. My stove and dishwasher are at least 15-20 years old and they don't replace ANYTHING. on the plus, nice pool area and most tenants nice but that may change, lots moving out.
When I first signed up for an apartment at Fox Chase, I asked for a simple one bedroom apartment. I said I did not need the washer and dryer in the apartment. I said that I can use the laundry facility. The manager said "We do not have that anymore". Okay, fine, I took it. Low and behold is a laundry facility. I also had a older lady that use to work at the same place I did that was forced into retirement. She constantly called the office complaining on me. She swears that I had some sort of Kereoke machine singing the star spangle banner. I did not have no Kereoke machine because I don't even like my own singing. I only had a TV and a small stereo. I was getting harassing calls at work with all these accusations from management. I worked long hard hours and I am far from a party animal. In fact I prefer a quiet place and the only time I had anyone over was when I move in and yet this lady named Linda complained about that too. I could not believe that for someone who is a bit agoraphobic, that I had this constant harassment while I tried to work. It was getting ridiculous. That lady was lucky to have me as a neighbor, because I guarantee you who ever moved in after me made much more noise even if they didn't intend to. I found myself tip toeing across the floor. Management did not take my word. They took hers and I was treated like some criminal. It is the first apartment on the left if you are pulling up to the leasing office. I requested an apartment on the bottom floor and of course they did not have that. Because of that I never fully moved in. I felt insecure in keeping a roof over my head over a jealous tenant.
Sense of community unmatched in St Louis area! Spacious rooms, great neighbors. Movie library, pool, dog park. From the pool party to start the summer to the winter decorating contest, you are made to feel that you are a part of the Fox Chase family. I lived in the apartment complex for 2 years and moved when I bought a house. I would highly recommend this complex.
Fox chase apartments is a generous neighborhood. Its located minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. There are single bedrooms 1 bath, 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and 3 bedrooms 2 bath. The complex has a in ground swimming pool(2ft-9ft deep). They allow animals such as dogs and cats up to a certain weight. It also has a club that can be rented out which is great for party's and such. Fox chase apartments is a great place to live and I recommend this complex to everyone.
This is a great quiet complex. Although it is located off of highway 55 and 141, the buildings themselves are designed such that once the doors are closed, you can't hear the outside world. My spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a washer and dryer and 4 ceiling fans. Also, the bar in the kitchen makes the living quarters fell bigger. The community is mostly an elderly lot, but are mostly friendly. The owner is a single person who wants nothing more but a happy community. The lot comes with a pool, dog park, and children's park. The managers host many different community gatherings and post a monthly "Fox Tales" to keep everyone up to date.
The Fox Chase apartments are convenient to shopping, restaurants, library, and recreation center. However the most outstanding part of living at Fox Chase apartments is the owner and staff. The office staff are great and the maintenance personnel are thorough and knowledgeable. The apartments are very well maintained, if you ever do have a maintenance call. be ready to open the door promptly, because maintenance is generally there before the ink dries on the work order. There is a life guard on duty during the hours the swimming pool is open. The owner takes all the senior residents to lunch in June of each year, there is a "Game Night" every 1st and 3rd Monday evening in the Chase Club, at Christmas the owner has a marvelous Christmas Party with great door prizes for ALL the residents and during the year there are various contests - spring brings the Patio contest (plants and flowers) and Christmas is the Patio decorating contest. There is a wonderful fenced "Bark Park" where you can take your dog off the leash and just let him/her run. I have been here almost 3 years and plan to be here for quite a while.
i moved in about 2 months ago and love it. All my neighbors are quite, you never here anything. The apartments are very clean and have quite a bit of space in them. I find the apartment on this web site, it's a great place to look.
