I moved into Fox hill this summer and it was great. Unfortunately, the office staff has changed and the new management is overcontrolling. They dictate your life to the point where the apartment doesn't even seem like it's your home. They stopped allowing you to put plants or decorations on your own porch. Now if you decorate you space they give you a fee or give you a citation for violating your lease. They are also installing cameras in multiple common areas. I feel like the management at this apartment feels like residents cannot be trusted yet the rent here is VERY HIGH. I will be moving out ASAP.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the changes in management and the policies that have been implemented. Regarding your concerns about the use of patios and porches, we would like to clarify that our policy is simply to ensure that these areas are kept free from any unnecessary clutter or storage. We encourage our residents to decorate and personalize their space to make it feel like home. However, for safety reasons, we do not allow the use of furniture or storage crates on the patio or porch. We apologize if this policy was not clearly communicated to you. Regarding the installation of cameras, we have recently installed a camera facing the door of the laundry room for the card machine as a means to prevent potential fraud. We do not intend to invade anyone's privacy or make our residents feel uncomfortable. We appreciate your concerns and we want to assure you that our main objective is to ensure the comfortability and well-being of all our residents. We understand that the changes in management may have caused some inconvenience, but we hope that you will reconsider your decision to move out. We value your residency and we are committed to addressing all your concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us in the front office or email us directly at residentservicesa@monarchinvestment.com if you have any further questions or concerns.
While Apt shopping for my college student at CSM, I found this little gem located close to the heart of just about everything. Although there was no more "Room at the Inn", I found the property clean, quiet, had a great dog park, and lovely sparkling pool. Flor and Lynne where so professional and great to work with... I was just so sad there were no units available. I guess now I understand why!

Rotten place run by rotten people! Water leaks, holes in drywall, rats, brown water and DV fights.

Hello, we have received your previous feedback and regret that we were unable to come to a mutual resolution regarding your security deposit. We have spoken with the appropriate team and unfortunately, we are unable to adjust your move-out charges, but you are welcome to come by the leasing office to get a copy of your move-out statement. We apologize for the frustration of the previous management company's lack of records and that we couldn't come to an agreed resolution with your charges, we do wish you the best with your future home.
Where do I start?......So there’s a constant dog barking, I called at least 4 times..nothing’s been done that I know of. Yesterday I had to call after hours and the maintenance man came by…saw the bit pull barking and never heard anything more. You can hear every step the person takes above you…and every conversation. I was very diligent and asked before I moved in and was told it was great, very quiet..a student above and professor below..not true, below me is a boiler room. My windows don’t seal shut or lock…I’ve called about this several times and the solution was adding a wing nut to try and stop the window from sliding more than a foot. So living above the boiler room is a real treat…I like it a little cool in my place but its cold outside and my room is 85. The solution was to put and AC unit in my window..now I can hear everything outside. I was thinking…well then possibly a lower heating bill. Nope, heat is a shared bill with everyone in the building, that makes no sense and there’s no incentive to watch your heat use. I actually pay more, because now I have to run an air conditioner off electrical. Just got a surprise that we all need to buy renters insurance too, cool but this I’ve been here a while and this is the first I’ve heard of it. Aside from the floors being hot living above the boiler room, there’s also an alarm that chirps…told maintenance but never heard anything back. This place is not worth the price!
