Property Ratings at Fox Run
Fox Run should be one of the last few apartments on anyone's list when considering moving into a complex. The rent is too high and not worth what all you have to deal with or the space that you live in. I am paying about $569/mo for a 500 sq ft apartment, that looks like it's only about 300 sq ft. My water bill has recently been added to my rent so now I'm paying about $580-$590/mo, that wouldn't be that big of an issue if it didn't take the water like 15-20 minutes to actually get warm (notice, I didn't say hot). The walls are thin and I can hear ANYTHING (and I do mean anything) that my neighbors are doing, which is great because I'm sure that means they can hear me. The office hires new people every other week so when I have a question or concern I have to talk to someone who doesn't even know some of the ins and outs of the complex. Just a couple of months ago two of the dryers in the Laundry Room didn't start, taking my $1.25/ea, and since I tried one of the machines twice, I lost $3.75. When I went to the office the next day to get my money back, I never got it. Now I didn't want to gripe about $3.75 but I mean wouldn't you say I'm being robbed enough already? I'm not sure if I'm just having bad luck with this place or what, but I can tell you this, as soon as this 6 month lease is up, I am moving FAR FAR away.
Property Manager at Fox Run, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We value your feedback. If you are still residing at Fox Run, we encourage you to report the issue with the hot water as it should get hot and not just warm. We would like the opportunity to get that resolved for you. The laundry machines are leased through a company and the company could reimburse for money lost. We do have some new staff members and we know it has been difficult with new people in the office learning the property. We regret that this has been an inconvenience for you. As a property and a company, our goal is to provide you with good living experience and we strive to provide excellent service. Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your honesty. If there is anything we can do for you going forward, please let us know. Our Assistant Manager is Cortnie and our Manager is Regina.
