Management team is very unprofessional starting with Stephanie. The buildings are old & leaky. Dog poop is everywhere you will step on it. Smells horrible everywhere like trash. So many Roaches the buildings need to be fumigated! Maintenance takes forever and the problems always come back. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible. We had to move out because it's not worth the money AT ALL. The clubhouse was shutdown a whole year with no amenities as promised. Gates never work and sometimes you get stuck outside. Nothing ever gets fixed. The air ducts are filled with dust and the bathrooms have mold coming through the walls. When we left, they tried to charge us extra fees for nothing. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have lived here since 2018 and management has fumbled and the gym and pool have been under construction since 2020.

I’ve lived here for over a year they’ve been working on the amenities still aren’t any. It’s call gate house but the gates are always broke you’ll be putting in a request every week for the poor excuse of maintenance to come around and mess it up more. Wanna go for a swim?? Pools closed. Kids wanna play at the play ground?? They tore it down. Wanna use the gym?? None here. Not worth a dime to stay here

Applied here only to have the leasing office change the apartment, layout and rent I applied for without my knowledge, I called about it and they said the apartment I originally applied for was no longer available....Terrible service and even worse business practice

There should be a bark park for pets and probably stations where plastic bags for pets waste can be found. At least to keep the community clean. And by the river, there should be a fence 'cause I feel it's unsafe. Also there should be a screen in each balcony or patio. It's kinda scary to come out at night. If only for David, I'd recommend this complex.
It depends whose asking. If they have children probably not. With trash over flowing a lot, residents not cleaning up after their dogs and dogs without a leash.
When I look for a place to call home, I look for a welcoming environment that makes me feels safe. As soon as I spoke with Amanda in the leasing office, I immediately felt that feeling and knew this was the tight place.
The front gate is a problem. It's slow to open and doesn't function efficiently for guest access. It needs to be improved.

Do not live here unless it is a last resort. The staff doesn't seem to care about fixing anything here. The 'security' gates are useless. There is a code printed on the box that you type in and it will let anyone in. Plus, for the last two months, the gates have been broken and are permanently open, allowing any person to come right on in - even though you're paying for a 'gated' community. There have been several break-ins during the time that these gates have been broken. Plus the office hours are 9-6, so good luck getting anything done with them if you have normal work hours. I was given two days of notice to renew my lease and they had already raised the amount by $200.
I lived at my current location for 2 yrs and enjoyed it tremendously. Wonderful place to live nice clean surroundings with a safe and secure parking. Nice neighbours and the management office is very helpful. I would recommend this to my friends and colleagues.
I love the location of my apartment. It over looks a golf course across a small canal, there's tree and grass surrounding the area. There's two beautiful pools with plenty of area to lay out, it genuinely feels like a Florida vacation except this is where I live! Utilities are fairly expensive, but that's to be expected in the summers. The staff is friendly and mostly helpful, they once delivered a package to me when I was unable to retrieve it from the office. Maintenance is quick, usually only take a day or two to get them to the apartment when needed. The only problem I have is with the bugs. We constantly have ants or spiders-the community is supposed to provide pest control but I'm not even sure how that works as they've never come to my place. They have a website for quick payments, maintenance requests and postings from residents. Overall I really enjoy this community and I would recommend it to anyone.
Fiancee and I love the freedom that apartment living gives us! Our facilities include pool, fitness etc... Along with different floor plan options that fit current situations. I have no carpentry nor lawn skills and we don't have to worry about that. This gives us the opportunity to meet new people, our neighbors regularly and we wouldn't have it any other way!
