Property Ratings at Glenn Manor
These apartments aren’t upgraded or modern but overall it’s a nice place to live. Lots of families around. Management is always pretty quick to reply to issues. Parking sucks. But compared to current availability in Sonoma County this is an awesome option. I’m thankful to rent here.
I wish i could give ZERO stars. This is the worst place to live, hands down. The management is a JOKE, we have a new 'manager' every week it seems, and they are only in the office/available a few hours a day, NOT the 9-530 hours that they claim. Trying to get any help or maintenance done takes weeks if you are lucky. The maintenance man is a CREEP, PERVERT, STALKER. He creeps on me all the time and does not take no for an answer. He shows up after hours, parks near our apartment, revvs his truck loudly, stares and attempts to talk all when I clearly am not interested and have told him to leave me alone. Water/sewer/trash are not included in the rent and they charge outrageously for it! Hundreds of dollars extra a month. The residents here are disgusting. They pile up the trash in/around the bins so much that it regularly is refused pick up, resulting in extra fees for everyone! Trash is left EVERYWHERE throughout the parking lot by the kids who roam and scream and play unsupervised for hours each day/night. Ironically it states in the lease that "playing in the parking lot/riding bikes/tag/etc is forbidden" and "breaks the lease" yet nothing is done about it. The kids scream and play and leave garbage out 24/7. People park everywhere in the fire lanes, blocking parking spaces. We have been shut into our assigned parking space MULTIPLE times by random cars parked around. Again there is no regulation for these vehicles. Residents are rude and unfriendly, the pool area is a cesspool, the water and trash fees are outrageous! NO ONE picks up after their dog, there are fly infestations from all the dog waste around the grounds. Rodents, ants and cockroaches EVERYWHERE and again good luck getting any help from the office! This place is a disaster, i have NO idea how they have managed to be in business so long. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! Its more stress and money than its worth. I wish we had not wasted 2 years living here.
