Property Ratings at Crossings of Kenton
Since we have the new management . Things have been addressed the problems I had before I no longer have Miss Jody is one of the most nicest straightforward people that I have met. Very good person. Very good school district. I came from Covington. Really no crime Erlanger is a very quiet wonderful place they’re making so many upgrades that this is a very wonderful place to live. Thank you, Miss Jody.
1. People leaving clothing in laundry facilities all day 2. People parking in 2 spots 3. Loud music played all day long 4. Landlord telling residents "If it's not worth calling the cops dont call us" That's not every issue but it's the majority of them...
I moved here a week ago, it's full of roaches, kitchen cabinets r nasty there's a big hole in bottom of kitchen sink. No screens in bedroom windows. Kitchen and bathroom sinks leak. I told them about it and so far nothing. It's not livable right now. Nasty. Wish I knew it before I moved in. I don't know who else to call.
This is the worst place I ever lived in. Its infested with bedbugs.Kim is a terrible rude person. They favor the obvious drug dealers and come up with anything to harass the good people.I was yelled at by Kim for letting my 10 yr old take the garbage out. He's taller than me.Do not rent from here you will regret it.
I have read some reviews. I have only seen one good review. Mine,---not a good review. They are an all about section 8 place. Their only concern is getting a rent check every month. The pool is for pictures only. It hasn't been open all year. I have never received a notice on it. The people that live there allow their children to throw trash everywhere. Maintainence. Haha, the maintainence guy is to busy to do anything because he always picking up trash. Yes the police are there constantly. A woman that lives there stood outside for hours while her sixth month old baby was in her apartment crying. the baby stopped crying and she still didn't go check on the baby. The baby died. It wasn't in a crib, it fell between the bed and wall and smothered. That's the kind of neighbors you have. People that don't work, live off the government, stay up all night and walk passed your apartment making noise. Gripe and cause at you if they don't like you. There are a few good people that live there and I feel sorry for what they have to put up with. My sliding door never locked-I never got it fixed. The front door lock broke, I had to fix it myself. The whole place smells moldy, I changed my furnace filters myself, and bought them myself. Management is never there half the time. The carpet is old and filthy, they didn't clean or paint or change carpet when I moved in. Furniture gets thrown out all the time (GEE wonder why that is--can you say bugs). I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
this apartment building sucks, they don't fix nothing right when they come up to fix things they caulk everything or glue, all the windows are about to fall out, cant open one window because air conditioner is caulk to window and its been like that for over 3 years, it is infested with bed bugs and cochroaches, all they do is spray one apartment or one floor all that does it make them spread, people don't want to report the bed bugs because they make you throw everything away and nobody can afford to buy new stuff theres people that has babies here also.
If you're looking for somewhere in Erlanger to stay, steer clear of Greenfield Apartments. There are cops always in and out of here, pounding on peoples doors in the middle of the night almost weekly. The management is hateful and it takes weeks for the maintenance man to come and fix anything. The apartment you get is a wreck and unclean before you even move in. I love the location, but if you want a noisy neighborhood full of rude neighbors, this is the place to be!
I have seen some reviews which I feel are very upseting. So I just want to say I have lived here two years. And I have had no problems with managment or maintanice they have always been there for everything that I needed. I would tell people to live here..
