Daniel Island Village

The new management company has made a world of difference! Their professionalism and care/effort are evident. I am very pleased and signed a 14-month renewal.

Daniel Village is probably the most attractive apartment complex I have ever seen. The setting is beautiful, the grounds are well-kept, and I will be enjoying my new home for the year to come.

We are just moving in so dont have tons to say. We were very disappointed that the painters theee away all my curtains that I had purchased before we moved in. The management paid us but I still can’t get those back. I still don’t understand how that happened

We had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful area and very quiet. We love our apartment , very spacious .

Love DIV.....Plan to renew our lease ASAP . Moved in a little hesitantly but extremely pleased with our apartment and services. Hope to be here a long time as long as we can afford.

We love the environment, the pool, the walking trails, and community events. The maintenance team has been very responsive. Shannon and Alex have been great from the time we started looking to rent through our move in.

We just move to Daniel Island and we were visiting many location and Daniel Village is far away the best, in the area that we could find!!! We love the apartment, the location, the atmosphere, the team, everything super nice and clean!! The coffee bar is amazing!

Good people and community, dog lovers dream, I feel that I can be at ease here and I enjoy the small get together they do each month. I would approve

Delayed maintenance and loud upstairs neighbors on Saturdays (game days). Overall nice and updated units in a great (quiet and clean) location.

Apartment community is beautiful. Recent improvements include repainting the exterior of all of the buildings. Neighbors are very friendly. Lots of shaded area when walking your dogs. Parking is super easy. There have been great improvements to the maintenance team as before they were very understaffed.

We love our apartment home we love the other residents the events are great!!! It's so peaceful and beautiful here! Our patio is an extension of our den so many birds trees and more

The outside is kept up with and a safe community overall. I just moved in last week and my apartment already feels like home. My neighbors are all really nice. Love my apartment!

Overall, the experience is good. Daniel Island is awesome and DIV is well positioned on the island close to walking trails and less than a mile walk to the main part of town. DIV can be a bit pricy for what you get and you should price compare other apartment complexes, especially with new apartments being built on the island. The apartments at DIV vary wildly from outdated to remodeled with a large number of bespoke floorplans. The common areas also vary in quality the further you get away from the main office and club house. The main office and club house areas are the nicest. Your experience will be based largely on which apartment you choose and in which building you live. Choose wisely.

This village is paradise. It is like you are on vacation 24/7! Love it here and would recommend to all. There were some hiccups when we first moved in but that’s bound to happen.

It’s been a great experience living at Daniel Island so far. Our place was in great shape when we moved in and the property is a great community to be in. Everyone has been super friendly so far. When we have had issues and placed maintenance requests, they have come the next day. My only issues were when we first moved in, some of the amenities weren’t in the best shape like the gym not having disinfectant wipes and the Cold Brew tap being out, but those have since been fixed! Very happy with our time at DIV so far.

I love the neighborhood, it's very quiet. The amenities are super nice and well-kept as well. The office is quick to respond and helpful for my apartment.

Love living here but those of us who live in non elevator buildings do not have our stairwells and halls sweep out , it’s us disgusting. If it rains the drains in stairwells clog up because of all the debris. Building and balconies just painted and are beautiful but when you pull on the garage and go up the stairs it’s filthy. Spider webs on ceiling and dirt leaves etc in well and up the stairs. Other than that I love it here.

I miss the old management. New staff, rude. Complex up keep, horrid. The dumpsters between the apartments, no comment. Staff responsiveness, rate 0.

Move in was easy, communication was great. So far I love the location and amenities! Beautiful place to call home. The pool is always clean, the neighborhood is quiet and well shaded/clean, lots of parking as well!

Nice neighborhood with covered parking, pool, entertainment eminities. Grounds well maintained. Apt is nice but should change carpet in bedroom after pet from previous tenants.

Such a nice place to live. A very safe and welcoming environment with such nice neighbors and neighborhood. The renovated apartments are very upscale and trendy and well done.

Everyone had been super friendly and nice here! Love the walking trails and the pool. The apartment events are always nice to go to as well, it’s a great way to meet people.

the management team and maintenance team have been extremely wonderful in getting everything completed and fixed after our move in. The apartments have many windows which makes it’s the apartment very bright.

I have lived at Daniel Island Village for nearly 7 years and it is truly my favorite spot of all the places I have lived across the country. It is a beautiful community with comfortable apartment homes, lovely landscaping, terrific amenities, and a fantastic staff. I love living here. It is truly a special place to call home and I can't recommend it highly enough!

Great community, excellent walkability and access to local beaches. Love the Monthly events with Katy and the staff, fun way to get to know your neighbors and hangout.

We have just moved in and are impressed with our unit. It is very spacious (especially the kitchen), and we get a lot of natural light, which we love.

Noise complaints due to upgrades and increased rent price has seemed unreasonable. It is hard to understand why the rent continue to go up, especially considering pieces nearby.

On move in day, I met some of the most lovely people. Everyone has been extremely polite and I can’t wait to meet many more during my time here!

It is a good spot to live. The staff is always kind, and the maintenance crew is always prompt. The amenities are great! Pool and free cold brew are great! That being said there are some issues with the build quality of the apartments e.g Issues with cabinetry, and electrical.

So far so good! Really nice community, lots of amenities. Great if you have a dog! Lots of places to walk! Complex is convenient to lots of stores and shops.

I am 40 something, single (as in not Married just yet) without kiddos, and have lived in many apartment complexes; in NYC, NJ, PA, LA, the OC, NC, and now here. Before deciding this must be the place, I looked at 7 others. A lot of the others charge an additl' $200 for utilities that cost all of $65, which this place happily doesn't. Many others too don't have as big a balcony as these do, without paying a lot more. I feel I I've chosen wisely. It couldn't be anymore beautiful, friendly, have the feeling of safety, or be more helpful! Love the trash pick up service, & It's just about a mile to the sweet little downtown area, with nice shops, restaurants, a super market, pharmacy, SPA, cafe's, etc. I moved in Feb. 2024, and have been working in our beautiful clubhouse here. I look forward to walking all of the gorgeous bike paths here and borrowing the bicycles they lend us, to explore, along with catching SOME rays, sometime soon at our stunning, tropical like pool setting!

Everyone had been so great. I have loved every minute of my experience. They go above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a new place to live, this is it!!

I liked when management would change air filters, light bulbs, and fridge filters. It's pretty disappointing that rent went up $300 and now they do less for the residents. We didn't get new amenities or anything to make the increase worth it. We also don't have an elevator, and the parking garage always leaves my car filthy bc the maintenance guys blow all the dirt and leaves right on the cars. I pay for the car to be protected not filthy right after I wash it. Also the water leaks on the cars as well leaving streaks/waterspots. Definitely disappointed in that.

A great community with so much to see and do!!! Beautiful landscaping a beautiful pool excellant clubroom with lots of ammenities!!! Events each month for residents to participate in that are alot of fun and a good way to meet new people!!! Tell your friends!!!!

Good so far- nice apartment. Good appliances, spacious 2 bedroom. Fairly quiet. Trash area and garage could be cleaned up. Parking spaces fill up quickly.

Love it here! The buildings are great and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained! I love all of the places to walk our dog! It’s a very convenient location.

The building have some issues, but some of the maintenance team are incredible. Ive had theft from my car twice. I hope one day they add security cameras to the garage, but even so I only removed one star since everything else about living here is relatively positive

We’ve loved our time here at Daniel Island! The community is so wonderful and have made such great friends in our neighbors! Such a great location being so close to the heart of Daniel Island, the walking paths, fields!!

Very happy in this quiet area of Daniel Island. People are all friendly in the community. The pool area is landscaped beautifully , surrounded by palm trees.

DIV is a great place to live. Grounds are gorgeous, it's super peaceful, the maintenance staff is very professional and kind. Not to mention the remodeled apartments are beautiful and our corner unit provides a ton of light.

Sun drenched days,alligators , birds, deer yes I am talking Daniel Island Village Apartments!!!!! We love, love, love our community and apartment!!!!The ammenities, pool work out room are fantastic. This is our tropical oasis!!

I really enjoy the amenities, the neighborhood, and the updated apartments. It's very comfortable, and I feel very safe. The maintenance staff is very quick and efficient. Front office staff is very helpful, inviting, and prompt.

Overall you just can’t beat this location. Walking around everywhere and being 15 min from the beach is incredible. We also have used our pool quite a bit!

Staff is wonderful. Community experiences are creative and great for meeting people. Safe, peaceful, and beautiful property. Quick response for maintenance requests. I love it here!

The complex and units are very nice. However, I just moved in an a lot of my stuff wasn’t working. I couldn’t move in because my air conditioning broke. My fridge water doesn’t work. The wrong lock was on my door so I couldn’t lock it. Very frustrating move in.
