Love love LOVE!!!
I’ve lived at Gulf Breeze Apts for 10 yrs. I recently referred a few People to check out the Development, I can’t say enough good things about it!! The location is also great!

Great Location
Gulf Breeze is located right in Punta Gorda and is a beautiful place to call home. The apartments are clean, spacious and fairly quiet. Staff is friendly and across the street is a big park and you are very close to shopping. Great location!

Horrible Management
New Office Staff lady Marta is very Rude,Condescending and Unprofessional,she should not be working with the public nor handling resident's sensitive information,Gulf breeze Apartments have gone downhill with the new Office staff.

I called to inquire about leasing a property and spoke to a leasing agent by the name of Jolene and was "SHOCKED" to say the least! She was so rude, condescending and obnoxious that I was speechless. Just by this experience alone, I would never lease a property here, nor would I do business with this management company. If this is the type of staff they hire, I could not imagine what the service is like once you have signed a lease if that's how it is when you are a potential client inquiring about a rental.

Gulf Breeze
Love the actual units themselves. They are two story and very spacious. Unfortunately when we moved in a lot of the appliances were not in working condition and we had to keep calling the front office to get the to come and fix things. Love the people at the front office. They are great!!!!!
