Great experience moving in. Leasing team was friendly and very responsive.

Absolutely went downhill. Do not suggest moving in here. Leasing agents will get you reeled in and have you thinking they’re there to support tenants. Prepare to spend thousands and and then never be able to get a hold of anyone when things go wrong. Packages are stolen left and right and management doesn’t care to find the tenant doing it. Management suggests you should have your packages sent elsewhere although they want you to consider this apartment your “home”.

Living at South Park by Windsor has been a pleasant experience. Maintenance staff responds to service requests in a timely manner. Overall, I think it’s a good community of people here.

On September 21st, we acquired the apartment key and began moving our belongings, including 7-8 handbags, into our room. We secured our previous residence and departed. Our plan was to relocate our furniture on September 23rd. However, upon receiving our furniture and opening the door, which was locked, we discovered that all of our bags were missing. I was taken aback and sought assistance from the leasing male manager, who responded dismissively, stating that he had sent an email and was awaiting a response. I found his behavior to be rude and unhelpful. In addition, we had paid extra for a reserved parking space, but upon our arrival in the evening with additional luggage, we found that our designated parking spot had been taken by some other car. Despite being informed that security would be present after working hours, there was no one available to assist us. To further exacerbate the situation, at around 11:05 PM, we encountered a strange individual loitering within the property. When I approached him, he identified himself as the security guard, whose shift was to begin at 11:30 PM. This was our first day in the new apartment, and the experience was thoroughly unsettling and disappointing due to the ineffective management.

This place used to be great. Management people were great and it felt secure. With management changes, no one is in the office and there is absolutely no service. For the price, there are so many other options in DTLA so I would recommend you find a different apartment community.

1. Packages will be stolen by homeless that wonder the building 24/7 2. Leasing staff is not on site and will not respond to calls or emails. Very rude. 3. Garage is not safe car will be broken into at some point 4. Walls are very thin 5. No security you will run into homeless that sleep in the lobby as well due to NO SECURITY

I selected no to management contacting me because I have made up my mind about leaving. I will no longer pay most of my paycheck to a community that does not care about residents. I’ve been here at South Park for 4 years and have loved South Park but I’m moving because I’m tired of waiting for South Park to care about me back. And not just care about my money. It wouldn’t take you guys 2 weeks to tell me I haven’t payed my rent so why does it take weeks to hear back from management.

Staff is unresponsive and complacent to urgent matters

It’s a great place, there is a good service great management.

The only Pro’s about South Park by Windsor is the location. This place is walking distance to LA Live, Crypto Arena, and good food spot. Also Morgan and Jalen are a gem!! Con’s need new appliance in the apartments, parking need to be free( $150) is too much especially when rent is overpriced, loud noise, loud music is played all 7 days of the week, packages get stolen and someone has a master key to ALL tenants mailboxes.

Maintenance staff has always been extremely helpful. They are fast and efficient. Ohmar usually takes care of our requests within just a few hrs. Always professional and polite.

Maintenance at South Park by Windsor is always professional and pleasant. I appreciate the turn around from when I submit my work orders!

Apartment floors are very thin, not soundproof so beware of listening to your neighbour's footsteps.

I've been living here at Southpark by Windsor for over 6 months, and it has been nothing short of amazing thanks to Jalen in the Leasing Office. From the weekend I moved in he was so helpful and answered all my questions, and he is the most responsive when it comes to resident emails and follow up. Jalen is always happy to be here, and happy to help with delivery couriers, packages, amenity rentals, work orders and courtesy reminders for the community. Thanks to Jalen for always going above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Not to mention the property is always clean and well kept. I love the Southpark Team!!!

The South Park by Windsor staff are top-notch, office and maintenance, they go above and beyond for the residents.

I am a few months away from 1 year and I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about this community. The customer service and professionalism by the staff is top tier! For me, safety is my number one concern, and I’ve had no issues. My second is customer service, and third is cleanliness and this community has delivered with class. I have never in my adult years stayed with a community for more than 1 year, I think this might be the first (I still have a few months left).

everything is ok, but there is a very, very noisy building, people smokes, kind of dirty some places, but good in general.

Above all else, the professionalism and dedication to excellence the Windsor staff has displayed is head and shoulders above the rest! From the maintenance staff to the leasing office, I have nothing but high praise and admiration. Each member has been highly professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise, making this move the easiest I’ve ever experienced.

Great community in awesome area of Downtown LA. Staff is easy to work with. Amenities are just what's needed. I would recommend this apartment home to anyone looking to live in DTLA, especially South Park.

I have enjoyed my time as a resident of South Park by Windsor. It is a quiet, respectful community with kind and helpful management community. Apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the amenities are great.

I like that all the tenants are friendly and helpful.

The area is great. Looks new. Only thing is that the water heater takes forever for hot showers and i still find dog owners not picking up after themselves in the hallways

South Park by Windsor is a great place to live. I’ve renewed my lease several times because I love it here. The staff are helpful, the building is overall clean and the location is convenient.

I'm generally very happy with my experience with the community. For me personally, it is problematic that I can't have an extra set of keys or a second key fob. This makes it difficult with my work schedule since sometimes my assistant needs access to my apartment when I'm traveling. I do wish there was a way to be vetted and have a back-up key fob.

My moving experience was made 10x better thanks to Anastasiya and the South Park by Windsor team. I've lived in and toured other Windsor properties but South Park by Windsor had the most professional and courteous leasing office. I was able to move in a week from applying with no issues. The leasing team even gifted me with a welcome basket on my move in day which was very thoughtful. The property is nice, the building is kept clean, the residents are kind. I've only been here a couple months but so far, I am really enjoying my experience at South Park by Windsor. If you're looking for a place in DTLA, I would definitely recommend them as an option!

The maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciate their efficiency and the ease of submitting a work order.

We love this apartment so much! The management team are all so helpful and welcoming. The amenities are so lovely and we are so thankful for this apartment!

The SouthPark team made my move so easy and stress free. From the tour, the application process, the moving date, everything has been an amazing experience. Anastasia, Morgan, Dejanea and the entire South Park team have all been so kind and supportive.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Take your money somewhere else. You will have multiple issues and management will 100% lie to you and never fix an issue.

We are SO happy in our choice of Windsor South Hill Complex. in our second year here now. The Apt has Everything we need to quickly get out and on with our work. ALL the Windsor Staff and Front Desk and Maintenance Staff are unfailingly helpful, kind, and quick to respond. We have No Hesitation in recommending here to those transferring into DTLA: excellent all round. Elizabeth, Ireland

Maintenance here is the quickest and most efficient of any apartment complex I've lived in.

South Park has been beyond accommodating and the leasing office is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly

The apartment has lived up to expectations so far. It is also dog friendly which is great. The leasing agents are super friendly and always helpful and other people who live here are respectful and nice. Maintenance staff is also quick to fix any issues.

Amazing apartment with friendly staff and residents. Space is modern and feels hotelesque while still feeling like a home. In a prime location close to a bunch of restaurants, freeway, activities. Also in a safer area of LA. love living here so far :)

My favorite thing about this community is the Cleanliness. I decided to apply to South Park based on the reviews and the common theme was the building is well kept. I can agree with that statement.

Gorgeous apartment, huge closets, spacious storage, close to everything, clean amenities and everyone who lives here is very friendly. I work nightshift and have struggled with living in apartments in the past, but I hear nothing from my neighbors and sleep soundly during the day.

I love the the staff at South Park by Windsor. They take the time to resolve our problems.

The apartment complex is top notch! I just wish that the city of Los Angeles clean’s the surrounding area a bit better. Overall, I’ll give the whole experience a 7/10.

Management is very nice, but work orders are not always filled promptly. Not really conducive to having local friends visit.

Comfortable living with good amenities and easy access. Parking good. Natural and other Lighting in apartment could be better (laundry room, another switch immediately upon exiting bedroom)

South Park by Windsor is by far the nicest apartments with a lot of square feet which you don’t see often in the downtown area. Hard wood floors, central air, & huge island in the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is that parking is a separate fee which should be included in the rent.

The team at Southpark is excellent. They are courteous and responsive. Cesar is very helpful and always willing to help out.

Great place to live. Conveniently located to everything. I only move my car a few times a month because everything I need access to is within walking distance.

South Park is a great place to live especially if you have dogs. Super-friendly neighbors and leasing agents. Great amenities and safe.

Overall, I had a good experience. The building seemed clean and safe, the location was convenient, and the building has some nice amenities. The one drawback is that management was very slow to resolve the WiFi outage in the community spaces, which made it difficult to work remotely from the conference rooms and other spaces.

We highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. Management is awesome, professional, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable.

The best way to describe South Park by Windsor is a mirage. It has the appearance of a luxury apartment building. However, the staff who work here make it anything but luxurious. The customer service is nonexistent and the maintenance of the building and individual apartments has decreased each year. Maintenance request can be ignored for months at a time. Instead of actually fixing the issues, the staff marks the request at "cancelled" in the maintenance portal.

Trea and Nuria are amazing!! As well as their maintenance team. Very satisfied with how quickly they address and resolve any issues. Also appreciate the quick updates to anything related to the building and keeping residents in the loop via email.
