Living here has been good.
I have had a good experience living here for the last 5 years. I have my maintenance issues addressed pretty fast and management is on top of it. I really have not had any problems.

Feels like home
I am a retired senior and I have to say I’m going on my 3rd year here and the staff is really wonderful to me. They have helped carry my laundry in, groceries in if they see me with it, they check on me periodically, I have had no issues in my apartment either. It has definitely been a comforting place to live.

Where Do I Start?
This is my first time moving out of the comfort of my home. Living in Heritage Court so far, i would have to say that it is a terrible experience. Poor attitudes, false information, and constantly changing the rules. Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. What is this? For as much as we pay a month, its pretty ridiculous. Not to mention the pet policy. UNREAL. Will not be renewing my lease.

First Time Renter
I’m a single woman in my twenties, and this was my first apartment on my own. I love it here. As many questions as I had, Cheryl is always super patient with me in answering them. Maintenance has been great and timely in coming to deal with any issues I had (all of which have been minor). You’ll occasionally smell pot or cigarettes outside the buildings, but my apartment itself has no smell, and it’s beautiful (2 bedrooms, large closets & windows, lots of natural light).

Love
Love living here!the bedrooms are very spacious and the paint and trim has been updated and maintenace comes as soon as there’s a problem! Beautiful kitchen and quiet neighborhood can’t go wrong!

Horrible place to live
Horrible place to live poor ownership wouldn't recommend this place to the roaches that live there.

Poor
Heritage likes to charge you after you leave and after they take your deposit. Buyer beware, they don't fix anything either. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies.
