Great management and beautiful apartments. It's one of the nicest apartments I've found in Nashville. Great maintenance team also. Everyone in the office are very friendly helpful.

Quiet & friendly environment that is pet and kid friendly! it is the ideal place to call home. I love that it is a gated community and i am so excited for when the pool opens next year! The only thing I wish was different is I wish there was visitor parking closer to the buildings at the top.

I am living here for a couple of years and my experience has still been good so far. Nothing truly out of the normal you wouldn't have anywhere else..it's a great place to live staff is great. as usual hickory is always nature friendly community

I love the staff and my apartment amenities. They do a great job of keeping everything neat and clean. Any time I have had a problem the staff addresses my concerns immediately.

I have been a resident at Hickory Point for 7 years and most of this time we have lived in a 2 bedroom. My husband passed in May so I decided to move into a 1 bedroom and the staff was so helpful in making this transition go very smooth. Getting use to living alone I feel comfortable and safe here.

The apartment is a really good place to live. They office staff is really nice and will help u with any issues that arise in your home. The scenery is nice too.

everything is excellent, except to the trash container. always is full, or trash outside to the container. the personal on the office are always nice and helpful.

I love my apartment community at Hickory Point. The management team is always willing to accomodate my needs. My neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Interesting Features: Family-friendly fun! Enjoy the tot lot, sparkling swimming pool with sun deck. Wide roads with good parking spots. Friendly staff with good service.

Neither good or bad honestly. The property is beautiful with the amazing views. I was late on rent and they didn’t hound me or throw me out right away. Although the gated entrance is nice , it’s also a pain in the neck. Love the fireplace tho!!

Apartments are ok just wish I would have know I wasn’t getting an updated model, because all the pictures only are updated units. And they should specify washer and dryer connections only.

Excellent experience. Newly retired, and am so happy that rent did not increase this year. Hoping for small or no increase next year as I would like to extend my time here. The current staff is phenomenal! Friendly, welcoming and extremely responsive!! Well done!

I still have the same opinion on this community, they work with bad towing companies and that company they have in training drivers , they never check the cars number tags do they did many mistakes and towed many cars without checking. Hope in future, even( if we will not be there anymore) they change that bad towing company with good one .

One of the best management companies in the city. They don’t neglect their property’s needs and enforce the parking rules and are aware of the concerns. They are quick to resolve concerns as well.

Great place to live! No place is perfect, but location, amenities, and staff as well as modern updated units are a wonderful combination. I highly recommended.

Kelly was super helpful with getting us into our new apartment in a really shirt time frame. She was patient and understanding, but worked quickly to help us out! Highly recommend!

It’s fine. Not real personal with tenants at least not my experience. Not very explanatory on something’s upfront which could have been a deciding factor of living here. But they have their perks and good things also. The landscape and pool are gorgeous as well as the views.

I have been living here for 2 years and have to say simple word as good one to live with family.., all employees are so very friendly, helpful, approachable and are constantly doing things for our community. This is not like apartment living.., this is HOME.., thank you for all of you.., much appreciated.

Parking has improved. Service request are promptly done. Damien is courteous and respectful. He communicates what he is doing. Neighbors are quiet. Trash service is decent

It is such a beautiful & friendly environment. I love that I get to call it home. The pool is gorgeous. And the sprinkler system makes me feel like I’m living in a very upscale luxury apartment home. And it is just far enough off of the road to not feel or hear the commotion from the main road. It feels like we live in our own little community here at Hickory Pointe Apartments. The office staff is so nice as well!!

Good private community with decent amenities. Staff is nice and attentive though trash pickup could be a bit better. Parking is a bit unnecessarily stringent.

I have been here over a year and enjoy it. The staffs super friendly and always ready to take care of any issues that arise. Price and location are good compared to others.

It has been a decent place to live. Rent goes up every year. Be prepared for monthly additional fees like common area electricity, admin fees, trash fees, etc. It is convenient to shopping for groceries but you have to deal with the traffic during peak hours. Some units have great views if you are on the hill facing OHB.

Much better in the new building I am in. Other than the scattered trash around the complex the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the gym

The trash always full and swimming pool closed many times. The email box get broken many times. I think I won’t renew my lease anymore with this community. Hope they improve soon and provide better service

Absolutely love Hickory ! Everyone here is so nice and respectful. The community is beautiful. I absolutely love everything about it so far!

It’s been pretty good so far. Little things here and there like it is everywhere but nothing scary. I enjoy my building and neighbors as they’re very respectful and nice!

Office staff was great, communication was thorough throughout the tour and lease singing process! Nice clean community would definitely recommend.

Last Thursday night, my thermostat wasn't working right. I changed the batteries and reset it but that didn't help at all. I stopped by the office on Friday afternoon to let them know. Natalie said they had to replace a number of thermostats during this heat wave we've been having. She sent Maintenance to install a new one for me. When I got back from grocery shopping, it had been installed! I appreciated it so much. No one wants HVAC problems during a heat wave!

The best apartment ever I live the view in the the apartment and it is very clean and beautiful place I love that and it is very good the office Employer are very nice thenk you for this nice apartment

Our moving process was very pleasant, they helped us with everything and were very friendly, they were always looking out for us. We are very happy.

We like the office staff, they are helpful and friendly. But the maintenance we asked many times to clean the air conditioners fan and every time they back my email saying they completed the work .

Maintenance and Management very helpful. They do what they say. They follow up and will help you in any way. Management is very friendly and there to help you!

It’s a cool place to live just like any other apartment it has its moments but for the most part a very nice place to live in between everything

Nice apartment with friendly and cooperative neighbors. Good location with supermarket at walking distance. Excellent place to live, very cooperative neighbors, nice kids play area, coverage & Securit.

Apartment is nice and spacious. A little out dated but not horribly so. Walls are kind of thin so you can hear people talking in the breezeway and down at the parking lot like they are right next to you. Maintenance people are very nice and try to get to you as quick as they can.

I enjoy my apartment. Hopefully, I will be able to buy a house this year. Otherwise, I will be renewing my lease. I’m thankful for the smooth process and service I received.

Great And. Amazing services, we are here for 3 years and we are happy to add more years for following years , thank you for the staff support and waiting for the summer time for the swimming pool opening.

Experience is okay. The neighbors above us party until 4am Thursday-Sunday. There are also abandoned cars in our parking lots so sometimes it’s impossible to find parking.

Overall decent place to live. Easy access for everyday shopping needs. OHB will be congested during peak times of the day. This apartment complex is quieter than other apartments I've lived in but it is an apartment complex and there are loud neighbors.

I love living here! A quiet community at the top of the Brentwood hills. The staff is responsive and helpful. Apartments have high ceilings, big windows, nice closets, and are well laid out. Happy to have renewed my lease!

I love living here. Lee Anne is always on top of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. Not to mention the commute is close to mostly everything you need in Nashville.

Girls in the leasing office and an amazing job helping me get into my new apartment and they’re so easy to talk to you and so understanding I love this community so far
