Property Ratings at Townhomes at McNaughten
Move here if you want to beg for serious repairs to be completed. They will leave residents without heat in below zero weather, won't fixed major plumbing issues. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Move somewhere where they actually care about their property and want to handle major maintenance issues. Not enough parking and residents actually have gotten into physical fights over ppl taking residents spots. Wish I could give negative stars.
I’ve lived here for a year and cannot wait for my lease to end. This place is horrible. Very cheap and faulty “upgrades/renovations”. Maintenance is horrible. Went without heat for 3 weeks. Office is always closed and never answers the phone. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The grounds upkeep is horrible. Trash everywhere. Garages look disgusting and dirty. MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
Please live ANY WHERE but here! Save yourself the headache. This property is horrible about keeping up with maintenance and NEVER really fixes anything only rigs it to be used until it breaks again. The walls are SO thin you hear everything. They used the cheapest materials possible for their "upgrades"! Basically painted something that is falling apart. There is limited parking so you gotta put a parking cone in your assigned parking spot just to make sure you can even have a place to park. They have the WORST site management! Office management tells tenants personal information and what's happening in their homes to other tenants or her family that just hangs out in the office and spends more time gossiping, and sitting outside smoking than working on the complex problems. Office is NEVER open during the times is its business hours. Residents don't clean up after their dogs and rarely have them on leash so they run around using the restroom everywhere and there is ALWAYS large trash around the dumpster for weeks at times. Save yourself the irritation and find a place that gives REAL amenities and is worth the money where you don't have to walk through dog poo constantly, hear your neighbors screaming, or have nonstop repairs that maintenance ALWAYS has an excuses for, or a property manager that does nothing but smoke and gossip. Moving out was the BEST thing my family did!!! This place is horrible and needs a whole upgrade from the homes to site management! But what can you expect when the property owners have a D+ with the Better Business Bureau. Id give negative stars if I could!
Construction is faulty and I don’t see this becoming corrected for a while. Bug infestation of ants creeping through the vent and visible holes around plumbing and holes in wall are all prone areas for future infestation. Overall sloppy construction and no investment in long term longevity of integrity of unit. Problems have required more than 3 visits in one month with not much resolution yet. Pending repairs and follow through on build problems.

I enjoy living here. I been here a year and just renewed my lease. My neighbors are so friendly we all speak to one another and look out for one another. I love this location conveniently close to 270 and 70. Right outside of Reynoldsburg and not far from 256 and pickerington. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Management Keeps up with the grounds keeping. I haven't really had ONE problem since living here with the exception of parking kind of sucks. U get one assign parking space and can rent a garage which I'm lucky to have both of those right out my front door but I come home sometimes and my neighbors company is parked in my parking space and visitor parking fills quick which can be annoying because I have alot of friends and family Over and they have to park all the way in the front of the complex when I live in the back. But other than that I would suggest this complex to anyone looking to move East Columbus.

I presently reside in hidden acres 2 bedroom townhouse.i consider it to be a taste of up sd c as le living for I have relocated from cleveland to columbus the ease of a cess to the highway and nearby shopping and local businesses as well as restaurants.not to mention the excellent staff and prompt very courteous mantenice.i would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet well organized living community.
I currently live with my mother, stepfather and two brothers in this nice 2 bedroom apartment but I don't have my own room being that I just had my first baby. We are making things work while the baby and I have the living room but it becomes hard sometimes. This apartment is awesome. I just wish there was more room or a place nearby to call my own. This would truly be a blessing and then free rent would not be bad either. Thank you for reading.
