The employee sucks and are very rude when you try and get into contact with them they have very bad attitudes you can’t have company and they try and find every little thing to report you about.and don’t get me started they have a very bad pest control

They don’t take measurements when your have problems in the units, it took three months for work orders to be full after I move in.we have fire ants coming in the cracks of the walls,they making me wait a week before someone comes to spray
Uno de los peores lugares que hay en Homestead para rentar. De entrada la mánager es una persona super grosera, deberían mandarla a pasar un curso de educación formal y atención al cliente, los horarios de la oficina son ficticios. Los ,sabados por ejemplo supuestamente esta abierta y muy rara vez es así, por las mañanas a veces son mas de las 9 y no esta abierta. Reportas algo roto y se demoran cualquier cantidad de tiempo en ir a ver que problema tiene lo que reportarse, pero no te demores en pagar la renta mas de los 3 días que te dan porque el recargo es enorme. Los parqueos no se porque razón son limitados a 2 por apartamentos o sea si hay 3 adultos en la casa alguno tiene que compartir el carro en una ciudad donde el 90% de las personas nos movemos en carro, tampoco hay parqueo de visitante. Lo único agradable que tiene es que los vecinos en su mayoría son personas tranquilas, pero de ahi en fuera un total desastre. Cuando inicias los tramites para rentar te piden todo tipo de documentos supuestamente para verificarse cosa que no es así pues nosotros tuvimos que escribir a instancias superiores porque no hicieron correctamente su trabajo y nos estaban negando la aplicación, tienes que dar mas de 1000$ de entrada que supuestamente te devuelven al final si no rompes el contrato y también es mentira. Yo no le aconsejo a nadie este lugar para vivir, que tiene piscina, otra mentira mas, pues esta dentro de la oficina y si los fines de semana quieres llevar a tus hijos, de que manera lo vas a hacer si la puerta esta cerrada.
Not a safe place multiple acts of vandalism to vehicles . Tires are slashed multiple times in same same building parking lot. This has happened to three tenants and myself 3 times. Management today says sorry but we don't want to talk about it and said get.out of office. Also just a reminder the security patrol officer was shot and killed there in the past . Be very afraid .
This is utter bullcrap. Put my application in May...was told it had to be approved. Gave them everything they requested. Was told apt would be available the end of June. When questioned about the availability in June, was then told it was a longshot due to them having to take someone to court for eviction. So then was told it would be the first week in August for sure. Well, here it is 8/3/16 and had to call them once again to find out information only to find out that I make too much money to qualify. Trevor is the one in the office I have dealt with. Very little consideration of others time and it's like pulling teeth to get answers. Well, I'm sure he's feeling extra special today. Due to this back and fourth game, my daughter and I will be homeless in a week. Why? No other apartments available without a 6month - year wait...all because I make too much money?
The management SUCKS! They charge your for literally EVERYTHING!! You cant have visitors over because its a $10 charge each night your visitor stays. When something is wrong in the apartment like a water leak or A/C went down they take FOREVER to come fix the problem. You cant have a BBQ grill on your own balcony. They say they will remodel these moldy apartments but NEVER DO!! Managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are also ALWAYS backed up on lease papers also always misplacing EVERYTHING!!! This is just a TERRIBLE place to live in. DON'T MOVE IN HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -_- ..
i hope the management reads this, i couldnt use the swimming pool because the maintance staff wasnt there and the gate was lock to go in at 2 o clock in the afternoon and the woman in the office wouldnt let me and my family enter the pool through the office door for an unknown reason. which by the way the only way to go to the swiming pool before was through the office because you had to sign in. and now they say is not possible to gothrough there. but when it comes to charges they are right on to you. thge staff sucks, very bad. half of the apartment wasnt functioning
Dusty, and worn down, none of the appliances worked when I moved in. I went nearly a month without a refrigerator. The refrigerator provided was full of black slim mold, three burners on the stove worked but the oven door light and thermostat were broken, the dishwasher would not drain, Thermostat on HVAC system should be replaced and the coils have not been cleaned in years. Faucet is broken in the first shower and only has hot water, the toilet has to be plunged constantly. The fan in the master bath is held in place with drywall screws and starts sometimes then sounds like it is going to die at any moment. The water heater is old like everything else and very inefficient again like everything else; expect your electric bills to be high. No screens on the windows means it is impossible to open windows on the days when you can. Security is predatory and had my car towed, with a handicap placard plainly visible, when "management" failed to issue a parking sticker when we signed the lease. Neighbors set up stacks of speakers and hire DJ's for parties that last until midnight (no joke). The worst of it though are the thugs who call themselves "professionals" who treat people like they do not have a right to live in a clean and quiet environment. The last time I was there I did not know any of them because they had turned over the entire staff. Notes threatening to break the locks at your expense if they are not granted access to maintain the "Unit" are put in the door jam when they want to communicate with you which falls on the ground when you open the door to go out, this is what they consider informed consent. Expect to kill several roaches a day, and except for the Florida housing code violations Hidden Grove Apartments is a great place to live. This place is like a prison and I had to call the police to get the Manager to accept notice that I was moving. I also expect I will have to take them to court to recover my security deposit and towing charges.
before it would take maintenance 3 months to fix a problem now it's a week so it's better now. the area it's in is probably not the best but overall it's okay.
Staff is quick in responding to availability of units hope there's more flexibility on the screening for candidates.
