Conveniently located just minutes from Offutt Air Force Base and just one block from US 75/Kennedy Freeway. Our apartments range in size from 900 square feet up to 1,185 square feet! All our apartments go the full width of the building so you and have windows in every room except the bathrooms. We pay water, trash, and sewer fees! The comfort and safety of our tenants is our number one concern. We are proud to say that, since December 2009, we are the only apartment complex in Bellevue that has been certified in the crime-free housing program through the Bellevue Police Department.
