Property Ratings at Highland Park Apartments
Extra noisy. Management doesn’t care about your comfort. Just their money. Constant water leaks. No amenities at all. Money money. Spent 2 plus years listening to my unit shake. After proof from police and previous neighbors, nothing was done. Was told to basically leave them alone. We moved finally. To gain some peace. Management solution. Let them move into our previous unit. Well I guess the new neighbors won’t have to endure crashes on the floor at 3:00am
I have been here for two years and I am dying at this point waiting for lease to be up. I stayed out of convenience in location, but ultimately that couldn't keep me here. The "Manager" for this location is someone who acts as if she cares, but then does nothing for you and will show an opposite face to the management when you are expressing your concerns and tells them the complete opposite of what she has told you. So then you are now the "lying one". They are lying about the amenities that have here on site. 1. They don't have a playground, unless you count an open field with two broken swings a playground. 2. Not every unit has a dishwasher. 3. They raise the rent every single year and will raise it close to $200. So something that was affordable, no longer is. 3. They do have an onsite laundry area, however it's convenient if you count trying to stand there for 20 mins just to have your card connect to the wifi to start the machine. 4. They do have storage space, but it is extremely small and their closets are not that amazing. I am a very patient person and will tolerate a lot before I get upset, but this place has tested my limits to the max and that goes to fixing & replacing items they should have taken care of since I moved in. Personally I wouldn't recommend this place as it is a high price for less amenities. You can find an apartment similar with more amenities for the same price.
