Property Ratings at Hunter's Glen
I really enjoyed my 2 years at Hunters Glen. Management communicates via text and email if there is ever an emergency or something we should know such as dripping the faucet to prevent pipes from freezing or any reported crime although, I never had an issue with crime and I have always felt extremely safe. My neighbors are very nice and we look out for another. For the price, my apartment was roomy and pretty up to date. Never a problem with any appliance The only problem I had was with maintance - they are nice and fairly responsive however when I first moved in my dining room blind snapped (it’s a very wide blind) I let the office know and maintance came and replaced the wand to the blind and left the broken part hanging. They then wrote off the work order as complete when the wand was never the problem. I work a crazy schedule so I didn’t bother calling back and fighting it
Awesome management and maintenance. Grounds are well kept.
Really loved living here for 3 years. Very safe place. Great location near everything. The community is really nice and calm
This was my first ever apartment to move into. I had a wonderful experience! Such a clean and quite complex and the staff is very friendly. Anytime I had a maintenance problem they fixed it the same day! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
Hi, I have lived at Hunters Glen for over a decade. The management team is very nice and professional. The complex is well kept and clean. The apartments are excellent on the inside as well. I really enjoy living here. Before finding Hunters Glen I visited multiple apartment complexes and Hunters Glen is by far the best. Not even close. I highly recommend them!
I have lived at hunters glen for over 11 years through management changes and have not had a negative experience with any. Always quiet and they are always attentive to things that need fixed. Appliances are dated and they have a 1 pet policy is only complaints I have heard from anyone around here.
Hunter's Glen is an older property but the management and maintenance team are very quick to be attentive to issues. We have felt at peace here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a QUIET and clean apartment community. We have had no problem that wasn't addressed. They do stay pretty leased up, we have friends who are on a waiting list.
I have lived here for 5-6 years, and the old management was wonderful! For some reason, the entire staff left (or got canned) and new people were put in place. The current manager is by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with professionally. She is ornery, makes excuses for the lack of, well everything in the community, and steadily sends rediculous emails with new rules or requirements for living here. Recently, everyone's rent was raised $40 - for no reason at all. And do you see the availability of units? When we moved in, we were on a wait list for 6 months. There is a reason why units are currently available. Do yourself a favor and look a little further. Even though the property might look decent from the outside, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR STRESS of dealing with this new lady. We will not be renewing our lease when it comes due.
I moved in under the old management team, who were very professional. Unfortunately, upon my move-out, I did not have a good experience with the new management team. She was very derogatory about explaining why the former team left, made excuses as to why she was constantly behind, and was late getting my security deposit to me after move-out. At one point, she literally said that "contracts are for the tenants, management doesn't actually have to adhere to them". The apartments are nice, the community is relatively quiet, and they are in a great location. They are also not bad for the price. But I cannot in good faith recommend anybody live there with the new management team.
We've lived here for several years and I lived here for about a year before moving back after getting married. They recently got new management and they absolutely SUCK! Their service sucks and they don't respond to anything. They put band-aids on major issues, their apartments look appealing on the outside but are super dated and under maintained on the inside. The WORST place to live EVER!
I have lived in three different complexes here in Tyler, and this is by far my favorite yet. The building dates back to the eighties, but that's the only downside. The staff is friendly and very quick to help. The value and location is excellent.
Awesome management is very attentive to tenants. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and work is done properly. Affordable for the area. Very nice landscape and we'll maintained.
Hunters Glen is one of the most beautiful apartments in Tyler, Tx. It is always keep, flowers are trimmed regularly and the staff at the office are just wonderful. The access to more than one swimming pool is very important for comfort of the residents and a healthy environment. I wish they there was a space created for a fitness center or a tennis court, that would make Hunters Glen a perfect living environment.
