Property Ratings at Hyattsville House Apartments
Having lived in three different apartments in this building over the past four years, I rate this accommodation as average because the staff response to queries and requests from tenants is below par and the quality of their maintenance lacks the finesse and effectiveness one would expect from an established housing provider who charges such high rentals. Though located in a very pretty part of Hyattsville with easy access to local bus services and located just a mile away from the nearest metro, the state of overall ship-shapeness and cleanliness is just average and the carpeting in the corridors/halls is far from clean and aesthetically appealing.
