The modern conveniences of fast-growing Clarksville are thoroughly complemented by its small-town vibe. Historical establishments nestle beside modern stores, blending the old with the new. A diverse population appreciates the ability to move away from the stress of big-city life while staying in tune with the modern world.
A strong connection to the outdoors makes Clarksville the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work, or after a full day of shopping at Governor’s Square Mall. Several state parks and the rolling waters of the Cumberland and Red Rivers afford residents and visitors the opportunity to experience nature’s calming effects. Stroll along the river banks or walk in the local parks and relax to the soothing sounds of nature’s bounty.
One hour north of Nashville, Clarksville provides its residents with convenient access to the metro’s city life and country music attractions.

Property Ratings at Independence Place Apartments
This is a best kept secret right across the street from Fort Campbell! The apartment is modern, affordable, and extremely pet friendly! The Management Team makes this an incredible place to live especially the ladies in the office. They are all very kind and thoughtful. Maintenance is super quick if you have an issue. The only potential improvement is that many of the tenants do not appreciate what a nice place it is. Some parents allow their kids to roam the premises unsupervised for hours at a time. Also, some pet owners neglect the leash and clean up rules. All it takes is a few people unfortunately. It is very affordable but perhaps they should raise the rent to attract more respectful tenants. Otherwise, a great place to live!

Thank you very much! Your extremely kind feedback regarding our team means the world to us. Our residents' happiness and comfort are our top priority at Independence Place so receiving this five-star review makes us so proud. Thanks again for taking the time to share this with us, we really appreciate it!
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would the appliance is cheap and gross , the apartments have a really bad smell that you can barley get rid of, & the managers are rude. One of my family members car got broken into the first couple days of living there. I highly recommend not living here!
This place is absolutely awful! Assistant manager is rude and unprofessional. The appliances are cheap and break easily. The cable included is absolute garbage. If they could they would charge you for breathing. 0/10 would not recommend. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
My fiancé and I were going to move in to be closer to Ft Campbell, conveniently we had some friends that saved us from moving in. I have personally been on the phone with my friend while the manager yelled at her for THEIR mistakes. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, the rest of the office staff was useless and snarky. There’s no “correct” way to pay rent and they frequently pay extra and late fees, even though there is plenty of money in the account they pay from. We were also informed about a time where maintenance did some work while our friends were gone, and left the door completely UNLOCKED for 6 days. This isn’t a safe area, shootings happen frequently, and to be that careless is a shame. So glad we were spared this nightmare!!!
Do not look at this apartments!! They are horrible. 2nd murder happened last night, the office girls are rude, and do nothing. Walls are paper thin, and it is just bad.
They suck. There was a murder a few months back in the apartments. Building 600. They sell drugs there. The front office is rude. They take forever to fix things. Horrible place to live.
