Building managers Canvas Property Group are getting rid of 24 hour doorman service so don’t believe how they advertise this building. Terrible management!

Great staff. Phenomenal location. I had some appliance issues upon move-in, but otherwise, I'm enjoying the Instrata Park Slope, albeit it is a bit pricey.

Living at Instrata Park Slope has been lovely - they do a great job creating a sense of community while diligently managing preventative measures regarding COVID-19. The front desk staff are super nice and it's a highlight of my day to say hi/bye to them. It's the small details that really make a difference.

I have had the pleasure of living at Instrata Park Slope for the past 7 years and recently moved into a larger unit within this building. The super is very responsive to maintenance requests and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the thoughtful amenities and how they are rarely unavailable or crowded. The location is convenient for commuting and theres an excellent selection of restaurants and bars nearby. I am happy to call Instrata Park Slope my home!

The building itself, the doormen, and the maintenance at Instrata have made this a wonderful living experience in the past two years. We have an amazing amount of light, a beautiful view, and we have never experienced any noise issues.

This building is a urban oasis! Heated masterbath floor and rainforest shower. Large balcony overlooks courtyard providing a private outdoor "living room". Common rooftop offers stunning views of city and fire pit just adds to hotel-like design / amenities.
