Property Ratings at Ironhorse Apartments
This is not only a beautiful community, with an upscale look, but very friendly renters and people living here . I am in awe of how Lovely the leasing specialists are !!! Amy, Amber and Alex are very committed to giving , above and beyond . I recently broke my ankle and was on crutches shortly after I moved in. They all Jumped to my rescue to help walking my dog!!!! Living on the second floor, they understood the challenge. Every day someone would show up and help, or call. ?? Their sweetness and friendliness makes me so happy I live here. I recommend coming to Ironhorse Apts for a lovely home and warm, friendly community ! ????????????
Iron Horse Apartments were one of the most poorly managed apartment complexes I've ever encountered. We had nothing but problems with our neighbors with the countless parties and CONSTANT marijuana smell. Multiple complaints were made, actions were, "being taken," according to the manager, yet NOTHING was ever done. We chose this apartment complex strictly for their "no smoking policy" yet they couldn't / wouldn't even enforce it! Incredibly poor management and their inaction does not make the money you pay to live at Iron Horse worth it!! Plus, 90% of the time when you were looking to use the pool, hot tub or grills, something was broken or "being fixed" (for months at that) and the amenities you had been PAYING for you couldn't even use! The apartment maintenance was poor, snow blowing all of the snow ONTO our cars, and constantly slipping on ice and trekking through snow due to no real maintenance. On a positive note, the apartments themselves were nice.
I have lived here since May. The property is nice and pretty, but that's about it. Every time I talk with a staff member, I get wrong information. None of them know the same information. They have terrible customer service. There is poor follow up to get information or get anything take care of. For example, someone vomited outside my unit and it took them three days to clean up. There is a almost constant smell of pot smoke from my neighbors. One night I came home and someone was sleeping on the rocks in the parking lot. My daughter got jumped on by a pit bull who was off leash. The dogs we live by are noisy, some left on patios to bark. Rent is way too high for these apartments to put up with poor customer service and sketchy behavior from neighbors. I would not recommend living here.
I share a two bed apartment with my daughter and we love it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spaciou and the finishes are top of the line.
I've been living at 1600 Iron Horse at Mills in Longmont Colorado for the past months. It's a nice complex, they just build a couple of new buildings, they have a dog park, nice clubhouse with gym and pool. The rent is reasonable considering it is not close (walking distance) to any bus stop or shopping mall. I hope the do not increase the rent after renewing the lease.
I've been living in Iron Horse at Mill Village since April of 2015. Overall it's a nice complex with an excellent club house that different amenities like grills, pool, gym, kitchens. The facilities have a dog park also. My apartment was brand new when I signed the lease so that was an advantage. I had a minor plumbing issue that was resolved quick. The maintenance crew is great. The neighbors are nice and quiet. Reasonable rent cost, the only disadvantage is that there's nothing in a walking distance so you need to take the car. Located at Colorado 119 between Boulder County and Weld county.
I moved into these aprtments when they were still undergoing construction. The noise has greatly decreased since that first move in day since the construction is complete. The staff is very friendly and gets back to tenants quickly and without attitude. The only thing that bothers me is that the details in the construction and craftsmanship are lacking a bit. Many things (like knobs, outlets, doorbell, etc) are put on crooked. It only shows when you stair at them for a while-so it really isn't too bad.
We moved to the Iron Horse after the birth of our first child to be closer to my husband's work. The close proximity to grocery stores, lack of noise, great amenities and friendly neighbors are a few of the many positives to living here. The management team are also very helpful and friendly.
Beautiful new apartments. Most apartments have large patios. Great swimming pool, work out center and community center. A lot of dogs in the complex and some people do not clean up after their dogs. Staff is friendly and maintenance staff is exceptional. Great place to live
I have only been here for 2 months but I really enjoy it. Love the kitchen and bathroom. There is so much room.
I have lived here for a few months, great staff, I love my apartment, very pet friendly. Beautiful community
We have lived here a few months and have had very negative experience with the office staff. We have been lied to and treated rudely for no reason at all. It is my opinion that the office staff and property managment are very inexperienced and do not treat their tenants like customers. We will be moving as soon as we can.
I am a current tenant and have had nothing but problems with the front office. I guess they do not understand that there best referrals is there current tenants. For the most part completely unprofessional and do not understand that we are customers/tenants.Plan on making complaint with management company, Would not recommend this apartment complex.
good location and apartment, couple of apartments in community found rats in apartment good interiors maintenance service is very poor, takes them an excruciating long time to provide service when needed
